This cab company refuses to park in the parking spots I have seen them yelling at old ladies well sitting in the middle of my parking lot blocking traffic and they believe because they're waiting 15 minutes to pick up they own everything sounds like a liberal learn how to drive I would never trust you driving me cab company their drivers find it very hard to drive within the lines they swerve like any other company I should know the amount of times driving in behind cabs with my perfect driving record driving across six provinces it's not hard but don't ask them that. If you're reading this go to Uber I've never tried it myself but I've heard good things I hear it's cheaper and none of my friends have been in an accident because of it yet

If I could give 0 star rating, I would.

Cab drivers swerve all over the road, run red lights, nearly hit multiple vehicles, all while under the influence. This was confirmed by RCMP officials earlier today.

Would NOT recommend this cab company to anyone.

Calls are dispatched out of a completely different country, they will tell you your cab is 15 minutes away and it doesn’t show up for another 45 minutes after. When they tell you a cab is 15 minutes away you shouldn’t be an hour late for work when you call an hour and a half in advance. Dispatch told me they would check on the cab and call me back right away, did not call back for 20 minutes.

This used to be the only cab company that I would use in town, I will never use them again

I had to give a 1 to add comment, vehicle they picked me up in should not even be on the road, when I called for a return ride, said 15mins, showed up in 25, to only be told he double booked and he will be back in an hour,don't recommend them, and will never call again, hope the go out of business, I called apple/green cabs , friendly fast clean service.

Very nice and made great conversation. Best cab ride Ive ever taken.

We definitely need more cab drivers like him.

Not impressed with Canadian Cabs. Ordered a cab the night before. The driver shows up in front, honks and leaves right away without waiting for me to come out. I will not be using their service again. I called dispatcher and she told me the driver left already. They did not even take the time to call me and advise that my ride was not coming. I was late to my appointment. Do yourself a favor and avoid Canadian Cabs.

Worst customer service. I called for a cab and the wait would be 10-20 mins. I was able to call a different company that would come right away.
So I decided to be a good person and call to cancel the cab from Canadian. When I told them I was cancelling they just hung up on me. Definitely do not recommend.

We use this cab company to shuttle employees from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. I always call the night before and so does the hotel and book for the next morning. However Dispatch always forgets to send a cab for the specified time. This has happened to me 3 times, the last time I called the night before, as well as the lady at the front desk, I called them after 5 mins of them being late and they dispatched the cab to the wrong Hotel even though I told them 4 times where I was. Needless to say I almost missed my plane. Get your act together Canadian Cabs!
