I needed help last minute to get my fathers vehicle shipped from Winnipeg to Calgary after he suffered a stroke. I had booked originally with Shiply but they dropped the ball and weren't able to get the job done. I called Canadian Fleet Services instead and spoke with Jeannie. She was extremely helpful, made arrangements quickly and easily and they picked up the vehicle in Winnipeg and had it dropped off to me in Calgary a week later with no issues. What had originally been a hassle with Shiply was so much easier with CFS. I recommend them for any vehicle transport needs.

I would not recommend this company for anyone looking to transport their vehicles with satisfaction and ease. The customer service (especially Jeanie) was very poor and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to book my car shipment from Manitoba to BC for over a month now. I started off by calling and sending emails to later realize i had to keep reintroducing myself, our previous arrangements and details of my vehicle. It was extremely frustrating not receiving updates on the status on truckers or being asked to rebook appointments for useless reasons. Please save yourselves time, money and stress and try another service company.

Don't trust them. Horrible service. They will leave u stranded and helpless. They get ur vehicle saying it will be reach to destination in xyz time and it will never happen. My car was shipped out of winnipeg after 15 days. And it reached after 4 weeks. Their staff is very rude. They will come up will all kind of excuses, this happened and that happened. Just don't go here. Just don't. Better hit ur head against wall but don't go to Canadian Fleet Services. All lies

Recently hauled a load for them very punctual getting me my load I took three vehicles for them from one side of Canada to the other so myself I have improved their on time.

The problem before that I had was with another driver they no longer have Daniel takes care of you so does Genie.

In the last couple of months they have improved their service tremendously.

Not only because I'm falling for them but they have the better drivers now.

They are one of the top vehicle shippers in Canada.

I would trust him on your next move.

We moved from Winnipeg to Ottawa in October 2021 and our car, a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, was shipped within the timeline we arranged with Jeannie and Danny in Winnipeg. The driver, Gerard, called when he arrived, the pick up went very smoothly at Vars, and Danny followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was as I expected. Very customer service oriented business and would certainly recommend Canadian Fleet Services for car transfers.
