Arrived when they said it would, nice and clean, friendly accommodating drive, ease to arrange and billing process.
Telephone reception to arrange for delivery and today to arrange for pickup were friendly and professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

We have had the best service from initial contact to follow up service contact during a building project. Clint service skills are exemplary with all persons we have dealt with. Now going into our 4 th month of renovation and this storage solution at our own location to enable access to some of our stuff was a necessity. Highly recommend.

PUPS has been absolutely amazing every step along the way. From the first call, everyone has been so courteous and helpful. This process has made our move so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving, or staging a house or who needs extra storage at home. If you have to access your PUP, they will arrange that so that you can go to their storage site and get what you need out of your container. They are so accommodating.

We had 6 containers stored for over 2 years with PUPS and when it was time for us to retrieve them it would take over 20 minutes on the phone to actually schedule a delivery for every container. In addition, we had a simple request, to have the container delivered inside our new work site. The drive was able to get inside and deliver the first container with no issues but he was then directed to not put them outside and only leave them outside. When we called to get a reason for the change, we were met by an unprofessional responses by Client Service Manager and even after offering to take on any liability issues, PUPS was unwilling to assist us in this request with no valid reason. We will never use this company again and will never recommend the company to anyone.
