The girl working was friendly but the prices really arent that great unless you're a member and I'm not signing up.

The menu is absolutely horrible to deal with as well. I ended up just walking out and going to the store down the road.

I had a mix up on a purchase and when I called the Canna Cabana "Bonnyville" I had the most amazing experience.. Teri (employee) had went above and beyond to make it right.. long story short, this is the place to shop.. Great employee's, great attitude. Thank you.

I purchased a 12 pack of lighters off their website and when I went to pick them up they refused to give them to me saying that it was only for 1 lighter despite the invoice clearly saying 12pk. Told me to contact corporate so I did and they still refused and changed the website. I will be filing a formal complaint for false advertising and fraud. Do not recommend shopping here.

Went in to the store the other day, there was a new face. The store was very busy and it turns out she was the new store Manager. She was all alone trying to keep up with the customers that kept on coming in. She apologized to everyone for the wait time she told me it was her 4th day on the job. And her staff called in sick so she did the best she could for the day.

Went in to look for beverages.
Immediately upon entry the one lady aggressively ID’d us (fine, but soft skills go a long way in the service industry).

This lady then proceeded to help a customer that came in after us while the second attendant continued to clean and rearrange the showcases. After standing by the cooler for about 5 minutes she finally came to help.

When asked about the products, she had minimal knowledge and had to read to us directly from the cans.

Will not go back.

I actually shop here often, and love it, but I went in to shop on Sunday, and the lady aggressively asked me for id because I looked under 45. The law states those under 25, that’s the aglc guideline, store policy is great, but before this lady had even finished ‘serving’ me, she interrupted me in the middle of describing what I came in for, to aggressively ask for another guys id, and didn’t hear a word I said, consequently leaving me to make a quick purchase of what I DIDNT want. She’s not polite about it, she’s not even remotely concerned with anything else but id’ing folks that look under 50! I get that it’s your stores policy, but she’s taking it a tad bit far, by yelling over the customers she’s already serving to card everyone else! She’s not exactly polite or nice about it either. No smile, barely a greeting, and all she cares about is carding you, not helping customers find what they’re looking for. I’ve noticed someone else has also had an encounter with this woman. I would fire her if if were you, all your other sales reps have been awesome! This one lady is ruining your business, and making long time loyal customers, leave and not come back. By the way, I’m 44. I look young for my age, but NOT younger than 25… the actual aglc’s regulation. Check it for yourselves if you like. (I know this because I have sold alcohol, tobacco and lottery, and have ALL my certification for said sales)

Went last week, door was unlocked and open, nobody inside or outside the building. Called the next day and the “manager” asked me to call back later as she had no answers to my questions about what’s in stock, she also leaves a lot to be desired regarding politeness. The online menu always shows items that are not in stock, or aren’t the right THC when I get to the store, when asked about it they blame their head office. Nobody here seems to care about customer service, product knowledge, or locking up the building. I’d rather shop ANYWHERE else at this point.

It was a Sunday, I’m not sure where you got Saturday from?

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whether you know what you want or not, this is the place to get it. Accessories are cheaper here than anywhere else in Canada. Being a member saves you big bucks, and you can be a member for free either in advanced, or when you're at the store
