Used to loved this store , it been my go to for over 2 years and just in last couple months they changed the staff and the customer service has hit rock bottom. They don’t bother to check their inventory when a product is shown available online and not visible one the shelf. I have a members account with my id information on it as I shopped there almost 3 times a week and still they refuse service once I forgot my Id, I mean then how did you sell me your stuff for 2 years , and you have all my transactions showing up in your system. I offered to show my sgi online account to prove my identity but still refused. Other stores in regina have been more cooperative. ****Responding back to your message on my review: so technically the staff you had two months back never gave me an issue as I shop at your location almost everyday, its just doesnt make sense that the person you sold your product yesterday with a valid ID , suddenly the next day the person somehow turns below legal age just because they forgot the id once. Can we use logic and common sense, that a person can’t age in reverse

Used to shop here all the time. That is, until the employees started to change. That guy Josh started working there. Horrible attitude on every visit of mine. This company needs to get it together and hire better people. I've heard this company has a horrible reputation on the labor front. You sell weed, it should be a relaxed environment, not a toxic one!

This is one of the worst companies ever. The employee the grumpy older guy with the goatee should be nowhere near a customer-facing role. only used toshop here because it's cheap and that's the only reason. However, yesterday I discovered Save on Grass in the Regina Cab depot on Sask drive. Same if not better prices. Avoid giving Canna Cabana your money. I also read the reviews on indeed.com and with their 1.8/5 star rating, it sounds like the employees are being mistreated and underpaid as well. What a joke

Usual great prices and good selection.
I work nights so I was super happy I could go here after work rather then the location closer to home which is closed when I get off.

However
After several experiences at night with the store being locked and with bad attitudes from budtenders or them trying to rush you out of the store so they can relock the store is sad. Just get a drive thru if that's how the experience is going to be. We won't revisit at night and just pay more elsewhere.

However However
I went to this location 4 times with family in the morning the past couple weeks and it was a completely different vibe.

The young blonde gal is pretty helpful with things she has tried to be good turning out to be great recommendations.
The brunette gal knows her stuff too they were both super friendly. There was a bigger guy with glasses and salt n pepper goatee there each time too and that guy knows his stuff.
I am usually more knowledgeable then my budtenders by far but I'm not afraid to say I got schooled in a good way. I leaned not all indicas make you tired, I tried his recommendations and both packs made me feel exactly as he said it should.
And the way he took his time dealing with my mom and treating her so well making her feel good. He was super friendly with the older people before us too.
I was impressed.
5/5 for those experiences.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of those experiences. Will only stop in during mornings from now on.And I recommend anyone looking for a top level experiences do the same.

Don't waste your time, they never have anything in stock that they claim they do, not once in several months have they had in stock what their website claims they do. Don't enable bad businesses that are lazy.
