There is a lady that works at this location. (Employee 102). The first two times I met her, she was incredibly nice to me. For the past three weeks though, she’s been disrespectful and miserable.. and not just to me, but I’ve had multiple friends approach me and tell me unprompted of their negative experiences with this lady. I’m not sure if she’s going through personal stuff but customer service is a must and being rude to your customers is not excusable. For this, I give you one star. The other workers are fantastic so I’m deciding to throw another 2 stars on there. Thank you to the other employees at this location that always treat their customers with respect.

I went in today with my mom and spent over $100 On edibles, disposable vape and cream for my back the young gentleman that was working today Was really Helpful. Kind and polite when I got home. The vape was not working, so I phoned back to the store and talk to the same guy with a total different attitude. And very rude told him the situation about the vape, and that if it wasn't working, what I could do considering I did not take my receipt. But i'm a member there.And he had told me that without my receipt, that there's nothing that he could do about that, which I think that's completely unacceptable unprofessional As his attitude was worse. And this was only 30 minutes after being in the store. I definitely will not be returning to do any business with them. Definitely. Have no problem taking money, but when there's a problem and somebody's a member, you come across ignorant and rude If I could give 0 stars, it would be 0 all the way. It amazes me how someone can be so polite. Recommend the best cream for my back recommended. The nerd vape, so again, totally disappointed Thank you for a great experience.

The times I come here and get the women with the brown/black curly hair that’s usually in a bun, she’s always so extremely rude and condescending. My bad for not being an expert on all the stuff in your store but I assumed that the employees would help me instead of staring at me angrily. I understand that since all the products are locked I would need to ask an employee to open them but is there anyway possible for you guys to give some space to customers while they look around? it’s so weird having someone stare into my soul right beside me. It’s pretty obvious that if the products are locked away that we would know to ask the employee to open them. There’s no need to follow the customer around.

I’ve generally had good experiences at this store, but today was disappointing. I went in around 10:30 AM and asked the employee for a disposable vape from the Elite section. She seemed unmotivated and only pointed vaguely toward the middle of the store without offering any help. After a moment of waiting, I decided to leave, feeling that she wasn’t interested in assisting me. When I mentioned leaving, she responded with a dismissive 'Good, get out of here.' As I was leaving, I expressed my frustration, and she began yelling, continuing to do so even after I had exited. This behavior was unprofessional and definitely impacted my experience.

Excellent store with high quality products and the lowest prices! I highly enjoyed my experience at Canna Cabana. Make sure to sign up for the elite program for a chance to win a car on 420 as well as have access to everything in store. Taylor is the new girl and she was so sweet and explanatory to us a couple of noobs lol. This is OUR NEW GO TO STORE!!! Thanks Canna Cabana, we love you!

I guess they dont like money ... i pulled up on a saturday at 130pm, and they locked the doors for a lunch break...
From reading the countless other reviews with other customers experiencing the same thing... they clearly have no problem with solo shifts and closing the store throughout the day.
Going to let my membership expire

There is one particular girl - I think she’s a manager. Shes always rude and short…. As if customers in the store are inconveniencing to her. I refuse to shop at this location when she is working. I have literally walked in and then walked out because of her attitude. It’s a customer service position at a cannabis shop - check the attitude before you come into work…

Says online the details for this store were updated a week ago? We pulled in just now at 11:30 lady who works at this location was just sitting in her car and yelled to us as she’s driving away that they are closed at 11:00pm and that Marlborough location is still open ? Just lazy and decided to go home early? Canna cabana is starting to really fall off !!! This location used to be my favorite now I’m gunna have to find a new one 🙁
