This one star is not due to the staff or interactions, they are all phenomenal, it's because they shut down mid day for an hour. After I was done my lunch at Leo's east I walked out, looked at Tokyo smoke, said "I need something but I'll go the my regular store". Drive there and it's closed for an hour and it's barley mid day so now I have to drive back to another store that I'm not fond of. It's just ridiculous a corporate cannabis shot closes for an hour, I'd understand if it was a small local mom and pop but not this CHAIN.

Very disappointed — showed up at 7:20 PM and the store was already closed, even though hours clearly say open until 10 PM. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours so people don’t waste their time.

Sold me a faulty battery on the 17th, told me if anything goes wrong, to bring it back with the receipt and the will exchange it no problem. That was a lie, guy working in there says it's 3 days past their refund period and there is nothing he can do. I will not longer choose canna cabana for my left handed loosies.

Love this place. Staff is always super kind and welcoming, they also love a good conversation. Really appreciative that this is the store that’s closest to me.

Store also has great stock and looks new almost every other week.

Will be going here even at an inconvenience.

Love most locations but this one is awful. Staff always put up signs saying going for lunch, be back at such and such time. They open at 10am and someone was on break at 11-11:30am... you just opened why are you breaking and closing the doors to the public? My partner made a pickup order, or else we would not have bothered coming to this location. we won't be going back, we will stick to the north Regina locations where staff have stuff figured out and they are never locking customers out during business hours.

Canna Cabana is a great store with a wide selection and knowledgeable staff. The employees are always happy to offer great product suggestions, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. However, I did notice that the store’s opening hours aren’t quite as regular as expected, so it’s worth checking ahead. My only suggestion would be to have at least two employees working at the same time, as I had to wait for my turn yesterday with just one staff member available.
