everything about this store is great minus the fact that I have a big white beard and they're asking me for ID and they won't let me in to buy anything unless I give them ID. I'm clearly older than everybody in this business. I'm riding a motorcycle. I went out of my way to go to the store, just to be turned around because I left my driver's license in my other motorcycle jacket... lovely and pathetic. I get it I do. I really do but come on now

HORRIBLE SERVICE! It’s not till after you buy something and it doesn’t work that they tell you that product is known to act up. Would have been nice to know before purchasing! I have spent lots on money with this specific location and recently bought a general admission battery from them it worked once and because I couldn’t make it back to the store sooner and it had been over 2 weeks they said sorry for your luck and they couldn’t do anything the manager was unfriendly and really had no care in the world that I had been a long time loyal customer and spent good money them and they couldn’t even stand behind their product and don’t care to help in any way. I wasn’t asking for anything but an exchange for a working battery as I had paid for. I will bot go back here they have always been extremely slow and rarely get anything new either. Completely disappointed and disgusted by the service

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this store because of an employee named Emily. She consistently comes across as rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, she seems irritated when customers ask questions and responds with a bad attitude. It's uncomfortable dealing with someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there or treat customers with basic respect. I hope the management takes this seriously, because it really affects the overall experience.

I have been coming here for a while now and always had great experiences with both staff and prices. Today was an exception. I bought a cart on march 2nd (yesterday) and everything was fine until the next day I was switching the cart out and noticed it was sticky and half the cart was gone. At this point there was a leak on the bottom of the cart and so as any person would do, I go to return the cart. They have a 2 week return policy and I went one day after. Upon arriving and explaining the situation everything was fine and the lady with blond curly hair was nicely explaining to me that they cannot do anything since it is half empty (even though it was clearly leaking) and I must contact the company directly. My friend who was not there wanted to make sure that they understood the cart was leaking as I am not the best at communicating so we go back in together to get further clarification. Upon entering again I was met with a hostile attitude just for double checking. We stood at the door explaining and within a minute of us reentering and standing at the entrance explaining our situation, she threatens to ban us from shopping at the store if we continue “fighting” about the cartridge issue.
I’ve attached the date of receipts and the cartridge at hand. There is an image comparing another cart bought on the same day, which a clear difference can be seen. The cart with cotton stuck is due to the leak as it is very sticky.

Overall, the prices here are absolutely amazing. As a low-income person with chronic pain, its nice to not drain the bank for some pain relief. The atmosphere is also amazing, the people are so sweet, helpful and fun. 10/10 definitely recommend going here.
