The girls mostly give good service. The old man is a miserable person in my opinion. And they are brutal for infused stock. They're always out of the good stuff and never reorder what sells best. I buy a lot. I drive to blackfalds or red deer instead because this store honestly sucks

Not only does the Lacombe store have the WORST customer service and are quite literally always out of everything they know NOTHING about the laws etc. Tonight my spouse and I go in for the bazillionth time and I get ID’d… fine whatever…so I grab the car keys from my spouse and go to get it(The dark haired girl working Jan 1st at 6pm with the terribly rude older gentleman) says to my spouse if she waits out side you can just buy it for her…last I checked BOOTLEGGING IS ILLEGAL last I checked but good suggestion girl. So I walk out the door annoyed that you need my ID but you’re ok with bootlegging. Then my spouse is taking forever… I leave it alone. He comes outside annoyed I ask what happened he goes well apparently using other people’s accounts is against the rules… 😂 oh we’re back to following them now. We have gone to canna cabana since they opened and have NEVER been told we can’t use our account. I also was just in the store with him so they are well aware I would have used it with him your not protecting me. So I go back in and ask them what there problem is why bootlegging is ok but everything else has to be by the book. He goes bootlegging is illegal you can’t do that I laughed and said YOUR STAFF just told us to. He says no I explain it all to him and his jaw drops … Canna cabana Lacombe you should teach your staff the law and some customer service! Also after reading reviews it seems I’m not the only one who feels this way
