Not sure how they can have a 5 star review.. I haven't seen the same staff in the building more than a couple days. They do very little training of the employees and expect complete knowledge after 12hrs of training shifts! They need to replace management, and hire local!!

Awesome pricing, and great customer service, but definitely need to have more consistent staffing. I have lost count of how many times I have attempted to go and there is a "be back in 5 minutes" sign on the door. Today there was a "be back in 30 minutes" sign at lunch time. When you open at 11am I doubt you need a 30 minute lunch break at noon. Also the hours of operation have reduced over the past couple years making it much less convenient.

Solid 3 star... very disappointed. After picking out my selection, it went behind the conter immediately, never got a chance to look at the product, and with there being a small line up, I wanted to be in and out so as the next customer can get what they are after.
As soon, as I looked at the receipt, I realized I made a mistake, the product I purchased was packaged November, 20th 2023.... are you serious? It's that old? It was the most expensive dust I've ever purchased, because that's what it turned into first grind lol

Cheap prices, decent customer service. Couldn't make a purchase today because of the Be Back Soon sign, if customers are paying for a membership you'd assume they could have another staff member to cover breaks. Not sure if I will be returning

EDIT: This place has been more of a let down recently. The manager in store is great, she's super helpful. Nothing but great things to say about her, but the random times I've gone there and there is a note on the door, or they are closed when the hours stated they were open. In my previous review, I was told to leave a positive review in exchange for a grinder, I never did get that. Also I feel the elite membership seems to be a waste, I was mislead initially being told I would received a special gift on my birthday. It turns out you get a deal on the birthday bundle which is pretty underwhelming.

Always a great place to shop. I had a fantastic experience with Jay in store today who told me about the amazing perks of the elite membership. I hopped on board right away. Excited for my birthday bundle!
