Every time I go here it’s genuinely such a joy!! I have yet to meet a single employee that isn’t an absolute delight! Everyone is so educated and always manage to recommend the best products, the tall man (Ryan i think his name is, apologies if i am wrong) always gets me hooked on the best pre-rolls. I don't understand what’s with all the bad reviews, coming here has literally turned into one of my highlights of the week and I’ve never had a single issue with buying here!! Some of ya’ll are just grumpy fr <3

This store has racist workers. For me being her uncle, I am very upset ro hear about that. I would be happy for this store to contact me but they seem like they need to be shut down until they can retrain their employees.

This store used to bed cool. Now they scatter all there elite vapes in with the normal vapes. Everytime I go in there I try to buy something it's elite. I'm not buying a membership to buy weed at your store. Your corporate BS will keep me away now. I was a regular customer here for years but the service and selection has gone downhill over the years.

Such lack of care for their patron. EVERY and ANY other store would be better. Bad enough they charge membership fees, but the worst was when I pulled up May 30 2023 at 6:30pm watching them lock the door as I park right in front. Sign on the door says they are open until 10pm today. They have 2 employees both need to take a break at the same time. I asked if they can make a quick sale first and was declined and told to wait for half an hour whilst they "break". Well that clearly illustrates everything. They want me to wait 30 minutes of my time because they don't want to work 3 more minutes of their time. You have made it VERY clear that this break you both must take TOGETHER is important than my business, time or convenience. Customer is apparantly never right here. Your choices and actions clearly illustrate you don't want my patronage, call it a win for the staff I suppose, one less patron to disturb their precious break time together. Poor service, poorly managed, poorly stocked but you can give them money for a membership and subscribe to this lack of service regularly? So foolish, poor choice, what can I say? I am NOT ok with being told to WAIT for half an hour... who would be? Regardless of the fact your primary business is selling weed I suggest you take a try at professionalism, and a smile with some courtesy goes a long way, it could have saved this situation. Not only have you lost my business perminately, and earned this permanent blemish in your reviews, but I will actively spread the word to others of this far from acceptable experience AND your staffs TOTAL lack of care for their client on ANY level seemingly. I hope you enjoyed your break as it sure seemed important to you both. Im not sure if a sense of patronage importance/ability to care can be "trained". Im not holding my breath expecting improvement thats for sure, just going to STAY AWAY, MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN TOWN!!!

High prices, membership fees, poor stock, poor service, irregular hours and staff that finds patronage bothersome and interuptive to their break time... you will find all of that at this Canna Cabana location!

For the record I did give the staff fair warning that I would be posting this review should they chose to make me wait 30 minutes. Every opportunity to work together and avoid a negative review was given. They were not concerned in the least regarding the negative impact a bad review can have to the business. They chose to prioritize their leisure time in unity and have me wait and submit this review, I obliged, hope you enjoyed reading it and recognize the many opportunities to improve/restaff... assuming owners/managers care, or perh

Came by a couple days ago and the female employee was outright awful to be around. She was rude and had a bad demeanour the whole interaction and I simply don’t want to return because of it. I think she was aware of this fact as her name tag was turned around and I have not seen that before. This occurred on the afternoon/evening on Thursday September 12th.

Both Value buds in town have some of the nicest employees I have ever been around. 1 store has interesting employees with niche hobbies and are a joy to speak with. The other has the most knowledgable budtender I have ever purchased from and he makes the experience a dream.

I have purchased 2 bags of flower that were mouldy, was told by an employee to contact the supplier as they can’t return it. Call the supplier to be told it should’ve been returned to the store. Speak to the manager and was advised that he spoke to the supplier and “sometimes this happens” is what he was told. And his boss told him “he is doing everything he is supposed to.” Still no refund of these 2 bags that I still have months later, can’t smoke and out the money spent on them. Go to online order, it changed to pay only online now. Thank god I didn’t because both products I wanted were not available at the store. Asked the employee what’s happens had it been ordered and they didn’t know. Never have stock of what the consumer wants, apparently it’s what corporate wants to send, the consumers request means nothing. Will never spend another dime in this store again!

Pretty regular customer, I think I am courteous, I research online ahead of time, so I don't waste anyone's time. I like the place, clean, good selection, convenient... And I do like the staff... most, anyways. Most are polite to me and very helpful, but the blue bonnet girl, who regularly offers help, but makes me feel like she's offended I'm there. I try to show her on my phone what I would like, and she jumped back 3ft. I tell her what I would like. Which she assures me the store is out. I await some alternative, receiving none, I said I would just look around. Relieved, she said ok, and went on. To finish up, curly hair guy comes out, ask to help, I show him phone, he finds exactly what I had asked the previous employee. He was a very friendly guy, blue bonnet, made me me feel like I had done something to offend her, I hope I didn't, and I hope she has a better day...

Thank you for explaining, I was actually worried that she was disturbed by the tumors on my neck, I understand some people find it unsettling, or worry it's contagious. And I must apologize, after losing 65lbs. of body mass during treatment, I didn't realize, some people might feel intimidated by me. I will try to be more sensitive to the feelings and distance of your tenders next time.
