Was completely shocked with the rude service I received on Valentine’s Day night.
Huffing & puffing from the moment I walked in to the second I walked out. Extremely poor attitude. No customer service skills.

Walked in the store at 5:30 pm with my son walked over to elite window to pick out pre rolls like I do almost every 2 days and Manager came over to help me and i picked out pre rolls he grabs them and my son standing behind me says mom thats a good deall on thise ones and manager looked at my son and says I'm gonna need ID from you I say this is for me he's my son and he's 30 Manager says I still need iD my son says I will wait outside mom I proceed to till Manager comes up and says we'll just wait for your son's ID I said why that's for me Manager says while it look like your aiding and abending for him to me and you should just leave that'll be better he says! I 55 years old and honestly in shock, never been treated that way ever and he denies me from buying. My son walked in that store over 28 times and never got ID ever but the one time I bring him shopping and we stop there and the Manager treats me bad even though my son walked and out and said I will wait outside for you! Not impressed on how I was treated nor probably won't ever forget. Disgrace on how I was treated and ended up going to canna cabana up Road on 100 th where the Manager Chris is his name wasn't there so I put in complaint with the two girls that were working onto which they know me and can't believe how was treated!! I sure hope you reprimand you Manager this is horrible how I was treated in matter of fact I deserve and want an apology period.
