First time I had a great experience. The store associate helped me find a glow stick and other products.The older gal associate spent a few minutes with me talking about products, she was very helpful in what I was looking for. I had a bad experience at FIRE and FLOWER, Blairmore location. During the spring snowfall luckily I had CANNA CABANA to depend on!! Thank-you!! I’ll be back!

***EDIT UPDATE** after much negotiation and practically a year later, we got our product back, satisfied but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a really frustrating experience with Canna Cabana. I got a dab rig setup as a birthday gift in April 2024, but I had to return it because the torch wasn’t working properly. When I brought it back—nicely placed in the packaging and everything- they took the entire setup but never gave me a refund. I’ve asked multiple times about it, but I just keep getting the runaround, and also something about an old system that got replaced with the new system (not my issue as a customer) I understand if refunds have policies as well, but if I’m not getting my money back, at the very least, store credit should have been offered. Instead, I’m left with nothing. Really disappointed in how this was handled. It shouldn’t be coming up on a year and I still have received nothing.

Bought a 4 pack of pre rolls. Only had two in the pack. Contacted online. Told me to contact the store directly. Store said they cant do anything because it was opened.... well how the hell do you tell how many is in there without opening the damn package. Not going back. Thanks for being useless pricks. You lost hundreds of dollars of sales over a couple bucks on your end

Loved this place till they double the prices and then tell its customers oh if ya pay us $35 well give you the regular price's. Corruption at it highest level. Imaging Walmart saying to shop here well charge you $35. None would shop there again.

Everyone at this store is so friendly! I am always greeted warmly, they always have excellent product recommendations, and the prices are great. I sent friends from Ottawa here when they came to town, and they said the selection was better than their stores in Ottawa and that the staff was leagues better and friendlier. Thanks, folks!
