Been shopping at this dispensary for 2+ years and have had nothing but good experiences and good loud. Staff is all super chill and fun to talk to and pretty knowledgeable. Also shoutout to Jess and Trey for the best strain/consistency suggestions. Best dank store in all of winnipeg.

This place is horrible the manager Nicole she is such a pathetic hypocrite person she denied me my purchase after I paid for it and told me it would be refunded in 24 hours well idc about that. The issue they denied to give me my refunded receipt and even denied to sign or write me something about the refund so I can confirm that it will be refunded which is 100% illegal especially when there was 4 people who didn’t get asked for an ID but i was chosen to be asked for an id and as she said Nicole there is cameras which is perfect to prove that you chose me from all people to id me and denied my purchase even after I paid for it, Omg you just are a soo sad. Let’s not forget they called security on me just for asking for proof that it will be refunded like even a signature from the manager on my paid bill. I just went to the other Cana Cabana showed him the same id and he said this is good enough because it’s an official document id and gave me the stuff thanks to his customer service I think he should train Nicole how to be a manager like really promote that guy

I’ve been shopping here for years now and I can honestly say it’s my favourite Canna location! Not even the closest one to where I live, but it’s worth the extra bit of driving to go somewhere where everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everything is easy to see and understand and if I have any questions, Trey is always such a ray of sunshine and helps me find whatever I need when he’s in, and Nicole does a great job of keeping everything running as smoothly as it can!
