pire compagnie de service a clientele.
fait une semaine que il son suposer venir ramasser un colis et quand on appel le service a clientele sa sonne toujours engager et quand sa répond il nous metre en attente.
ca fait 1 heure que j'attend et il mon toujours pas réponde.

Absolutely zero accountability or regard towards deliveries. The package was originally supposed to be delivered on a specific day (by the end of the day), it didn't. Next day the tracking number simply showed no delivery status. 3 days later, still no delivery and I call the customer service asking about the status and it appears the package had been sitting in their warehouse for 6 days? Their response was that the delivery team is backed up and will deliver when they can. This is ridiculous.

Followed up again 2 days later, and still the same. I wish businesses didn't use this logistics company. It's a nightmare and pure frustration!! Good luck getting packages in time.

Got to say. This was the first time I have used Canpar, from St Albert to Rocky Mountain House 5 days before Christmas. And they had my parcel delivered within 1 day. Amazing! I was thrilled as was my customer.

Worst shipping company I've dealt with. My package was sitting at their depot in Edmonton. I managed to get a hold of the driver who was currently on their way to my town, except my package was not on the truck for whatever reason. Why wouldn't you grab all the packages when you were planning on doing deliveries in that town? Needles to say, it's been sitting there for 3 weeks. Thanks for ruining new years for my family. Brutal.

Amazon contracted them to deliver a package. It was supposed to be here January 10th. It is now February 9th. An absolute joke of a company.

Made no effort to contact me for a drop off. Made no effort to deliver to me (though THREE different people I talked to on the phone said they would.)

They gave up SO HARD that even though they had the package 20 minutes from my house here in Alberta they SENT THE DAMN THING BACK TO ETOBICOKE, ONTARIO.

How this company is still in business is beyond me. They have a reputation for being the absolute worst company to deal with for a reason.

If I was 10% as bad at my job as they were I wouldn't only not have a job, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to breathe on my own without a reminder.

Amazingly and exceptionally awful in every measurable metric of the word.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke—horrible service centre, horrible delivery drivers, and horrible communication. They shut down their online reply bot, don’t respond to emails, and leave you on hold for half the day just to blame you for not being home.

They don’t provide an ETA, just a vague “delivered by end of day.” If you’re not waiting in the lobby, they won’t deliver it. When you call, they claim the drivers don’t contact clients. Yet companies like Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS always call to let you know they have mail for you.

I’ve been waiting since the 16th for a package. I’ve repeatedly asked to pick it up myself from a location just around the corner from my house, but for some reason, they keep putting it on a truck for delivery—only to fail to deliver it again and again.

If I could give negative 5 stars that still would be generous to describe this company. They give a delivery date, package doesn’t show up and no updated tracking information (going on 4 days now). They have a chat bot that does nothing but loop you back to the useless tracking page. No updated delivery time, no updates at all. As I said, It’s been 4 days since I was supposed to receive my package - I have called the 1-800 line 5 times and each time I was promised “escalation” and a “call back from management”. There have been no call backs, no updates and no concrete evidence I will ever see this package. The package is time sensitive and I have no idea where it is or when to expect it. In the future I will pay more to ship with an alternate carrier and go out of my way to speak with sellers before hand to ensure they do not use Canpar or related companies. Absolutely terrible organization.

Terrible experience. I was home the entire time, yet the Canpar's driver was too lazy, didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call. Instead, he just left a notice card and dropped my 30-pound package at a convenience store, forcing me to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. My child was home, scared and crying because of this. Absolutely unacceptable service!
