Holy moly, Anwar my driver and Glen the dispatcher, saved me a whole whack of hurt with their honesty and integrity. My card-holder wallet slipped out of my pocket on my ride from the Regina airport and I didn’t notice it was missing for four days. It not only had my bank cards but all my picture ID, plus a bit of cash. I was facing a delayed flight home without proper ID, according to Air Canada. After a day spent retracing all my steps around the city, it was these guys at Capital Taxi who saved the day (with thanks to Anwar’s passenger after me). All the bank cards and the cash were returned, when they could have so easily disappeared: now that’s what I call integrity.

this is follow up to previous review made by someone else. im thankful that the owner called me back and took my concern serious. the owner also went to WORK to find out what happened. im thankful to the owner, as he actually expressed that he does indeed care for his customers. it is just unfortunate that this experience occurred in the first place (reason for 4/5).

I Got a ride to the liqure store and back, when I got their and the guy was demanding 20 dollers - He kept demanding it, insured him i had enough for the ride ( ?) . The ride was 22 bucks in total - don't recommend this service at night in Regina Saskatchewan oh my

Honestly they the dispatchers are rude all the time. i get being frustrated but be professional your on the job. Taking your bad days out on your costumer’s because you dont know how to properly regulate your emotions when you having a bad day is childish. Id say get some new dispatchers who are professional, respectful, and know how to act mature. It’s embarrassing you have these grown men acting this immature.

Hi I took cab81 from the Regina airport last night.The cab driver gave an excellent service. He was really professional and the car was clean and well maintained. The driver was knowledgeable about the area. Making me feel better and comfortable. Highly recommend! "

Professional Service! Dispatch answered the phone promptly! With a professional demeanor!
Driver, Gurjant Brar, arrived on time and was patient. He waited for me and did not rush me even though I was a bit slow getting packed up. His driving was good, I have a feeling that if I requested him to drive tactically, he would have done it with ease.
