waited 40 min for a pickup and then called to see how much longer the wait would be. They said they already came by and waited for us. I asked why they didn’t call and the man responded rudely that they don’t do that. I used their service the day before and the woman called me when she arrived! So they clearly do that!!! He was so rude to me for no reason.

Just plain horrible service. Lazy company wouldn’t deliver a parcel from a business in town to the local hospital. We were willing to pay well but the operator grunted “we don’t do that”. A local competitor who was very professional and was very pleased to get our business and a big tip. Avoid the captain he’s as lazy and unprofessional as he looks.

I called a cab in order to get home from work (I have a knee injury) and waited over an hour for a cab which never came. I called to check in several times and was told “15 minutes,”. I then watched the cab park outside pipers pub and wait for drunk students (SEVERAL times) to hop in at will I signalled for the cab each time to no avail, so I had to trek 2 km while barely able to walk - during a Hurricane.

If you’re not going to take calls and instead just poach drunk students leaving Piper’s, at least be honest about it. Don’t say you’re going to be 15 minutes if you’re gonna drive right by without stopping. Don’t lie to your customers. Especially during a Hurricane.

If you’re thinking about calling captains cab, don’t. You’d waste less time trying to slowly gnaw through your own leg. Next time, just wait for Superman to swoop down and fly you home. That’s more reliable.

After waiting half an hour, the taxi finally came, only to decide they did not want to drive us and hand us over to their "other" driver who happened to be around the corner the whole time. Ended up being charged $40 for rude service and a dangerous feeling ride home. Not very recommended.

Extremely rude service, driver was very ignorant, dispatcher was equally as unhelpful. 0 if I could.

Called a cab to get to work, ended up being yelled at by the driver asking if I wanted the drive still. Then I was told it would take 30 minutes but I waited for an hour and was late to work

straight up lied to us. said a cab was here waiting outside our house for 8 minutes, this was not the case. when i called for an update, lady got mad at me. Called for a ride home, was told there would be a 20 minute wait, and the cab never came. would not recommend, hope more/better cab companies come to antigonish

I'm extremely upset and disappointed. I Called 30 minutes before hand to go to a destination, after 30 minutes waiting I called back saying I was running late and looking for a status on my ride, they did not apologize or even give me an estimate of how long they would be.

An hour after my first call I get picked up, the man ISN'T WEARING A MASK, the cab smells like an ASHTRAY, the vehicle is horribly DIRTY,
And I'd be willing to disregard them not wearing a mask if any divider or plexiglass existed in the vehicle but it did not.

It feels like they've completely ignored that COVID is even a thing!

During the ride the driver received 2 calls of which he told people he would be only 10 or 15 minutes and then wrote their name down on a list, I took a glance at that list and these promised people who were told "10 or 15 mins" were written down at the bottom of the list 3 people below me, thus this promised timeline was entirely a lie clearly.

Key failures;
1. Poor call quality
2. Poor communication skills
3. Terrible pick up speed
4. No mask.
5. No plexiglass
6. Ashtray smelling vehicle
7. Dirty gross vehicle

If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars it still wouldn't be enough.
