Very irresponsible and negligent. They took too long to get tasks done as a strategy to drive up costs. They also damaged our items and broke a window. They refused to take responsibility for this. Took them to Small Claims and won, and now the matter is with Collections. Avoid them like the plague.

I booked another moving company about 4 months ago and they bailed on me last minute. My realtor recommend Dennis and his moving company to me. Dennis was very accommodating and he was able to fit me in on their busy schedule. The movers were professional, punctual and very careful with the content and with my new home. I couldn't be more happy with the move and I would recommend this moving company if you're looking for a hassle-free experience!

Careful Movers offer a very competitive price compared to any where else I looked. But what won me over was their customer service and punctuality. I think those are very important factors to consider when you are looking for movers.

DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”. Extremely unprofessional. Boxes crushed, several hundred dollars worth of damage that they deny causing based on the fact that their mover said “I didn’t do it”. If something isn’t broken when you move it, and then IS broken after you do, that’s not something you can argue.

They also completely misjudged how long it would take and how many movers/how big a truck they would need. Move wound up taking double the time quoted and while they took items apart, they didn’t offer to put back together as quoted in their advertising. Their response was “you should have asked him to”. It is not the customer’s responsibility to make sure that your employees do their jobs correctly. Horrible experience. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Hopefully, this “business” fails quickly or they finally mess up badly enough where someone can take them to court.
