Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Carstar in Simcoe. They were kind and courteous and kept me updated every step of the way. They even picked me up and dropped me off as I didn’t have a rental vehicle. Tiffany at the reception desk was always pleasant and helpful. My SUV was shiny and clean when I picked it up.
I would definitely recommend Carstar in Simcoe to anyone!

I had problems with the entire process and had to fight to get all the repairs done properly. My insurance company even had to call them to complete all the necessary repairs, and they still wouldn't fix them. I had to wait another week, get a rental car, only to see the repairs had still not been completed, again. It was exhausting dealing with Brad and his workers. At least the receptionist was always very nice, understanding, and helpful.

For a situation that really sucked and there’s nothing really positive about it from start to finish? Carstar was the component that made the entire experience a heck of a lot better. My crash was recorded on dash cam, it was a hit n run, my truck’s value will never be what it was prior to the crash and if I ever want to sell it? Limited buyers now that’s for sure. Not to mention the court days and the time I had to drive a rental vehicle etc etc. but Carstar Simcoe communicated well, they were on time with everything, they organized everything really well. I was really pleased with the extra mile they went with my truck. The job was done extremely well. The repairs included body repair, rim repairs, replacement of certain parts, painting the body etc. they even detailed my mats, tires and washed the vehicle spotless. Really nice attention to detail. This goes without mentioning the face of all communication and assistance. Tiffany. She was kind and really helpful with all of my phone calls and questions. Appreciate all of your efforts. I would recommend Carstar Simcoe to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs for sure. Thanks again.
