Worst. Experience. Ever. In my whole life, I've never dealt with a business that takes NO pride or accountability in their means of livelihood.

I had put every piece of furniture I owned into storage at the Catherine Street storage facility... and no one there mentioned a current rodent problem. I had had to relocate quickly, so storage was the cheapest, quickest option. I just wish I hadn't entrusted my stuff to this "business."

When I opened my unit after less than a year in the facility, my heart sank... everything was destroyed... I told them about the issue and they all but ignored my complaint. I had paid hundreds of dollars PER MONTH to keep my belongings safe and now it's all fit for the garbage. I can't say for certain, but I may have found the slumlords of the storage world. 🙁

Amazing storage unit, rather spacious and safe to keep. Always choose here for storage over long trips abroad or even everyday items. Considerate and helpful staff, and above all great prices for services.

Packed everything in there. Everyone was being too nice and it was almost suspicious but I was have been trippin cause when I went back they remembered me and offered me snacks. Always peoppe there to help if you need the help. Doors slides nicely and lock down good
