The worst customer experience I have ever had. Rude belligerent owner made a mistake and would not give me my package despite having all the info and the package having my name and address on it. Had to get purolator involved just to get my shipment released from this incompetent business owner. If possible, avoid doing business here-i will go out of my way to avoid having to go here.

This place tries to charge you a "drop off fee". You either are an authorized drop off center or you are not. When questioned the man behind the counter became aggressive and rude. Looking through other reviews I see this is a common theme here. I have reported them.

Scummiest business practices. Been dropping off Amazon returns there for years and all of a sudden there's a surcharge to bring each package there. It's a nominal fee but it's not the point. The UPS driver was there when I went and told me he could just take them, but the guy in the store forced me to pay him. At no point did the guy in the store do anything. He didn't touch, move, scan or even look at the package. I paid someone to literally do absolutely nothing. The UPS driver was more than ok taking my packages outside of the store but the guy in the store forces us both into a transition that served no purpose but to take my money. If he had offered any service at all, then I can understand paying a fee, but why am I paying someone to literally do nothing.

It's also a little mind boggling that the place closes around lunch. Since the store ours are difficult to work around with, people take their lunch hours at work to go there, so it's not exactly friendly to the client either.

The owners response didn't really seem to understand the main issue. I was doing business directly with the UPS person who agreed to take my package directly, which he did. The store did no work. They didn't handle the package. They didn't touch it, scan it, pick it up, look at it, smell it. I gave the packages directly to the UPS driver but for some reason I had to pay the store to do absolutely nothing. The UPS driver did nothing wrong. The guy at the store put us both in an awkward position by forcing me to enter the store to give him money for absolutely nothing. I paid solely to avoid an altercation, which is ridiculous.

In July, I came into the store with 2 oversized statues and an oversized print already matted on the advice of a friend of mine.The owner took a look and said no problem with packing items up for you and using the cheapest carrier to ship. His rates for packing articles in 2 separate boxes were extremely competitive(compared to a quote I'd been given by a competitor) and shipping charges were more affordable(compared to rates of competitor- UPS). His overall charge for packaging and shipping was about 1/3 the price I'd been given by the competitor - the biggest difference was in the packing charge - so reasonable. The owner was extremely polite, courteous, efficient and did not have an issue with my unilingualism coming from another province to disburse my aunt's estate. The articles got to the intended recipients a day sooner as well. If you need to ship anything, take it to this location(Dorval), pay an affordable price and get personal service. You will not be disappointed. I will be using this location for any of my shipping needs in the future.
