I had a terrible experience with this company, my goods worth millions was stolen in Nigeria and nothing was done.

No communication, no escalation.

Am the one even messaging for any update. Its been weeks no reply no response.

Please becareful when you use this service. This the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. I ship some goods to nigeria that include a 55 inche tv and it took me forever becareful I could be able to get my stuff and when I finally did, the tv screen was broken, I even took it for repair and behold it's beyond repair. I contacted the CEO and all he could say was" it's not my fault na, what do you want me to do, I placed the tv in a car, things like this happen . And till date he has refuse to even say sorry or even respond to my message. Dear CEO, I know you will see my message here, please if you know you can't operate your business very well for your Customer comfort, look for a job and stop damaging people goods.

I sent some items to Nigeria which included 2 brand new laptops and they both arrived intact and sound. The staff that attended to me here in Canada was very responsive and answered all my questions with regards to shipment location per time. Well done Ceemag ! Keep it up!

These guys deserve zero reviews for how terrible their service is. They lack professionalism, extremely rude, disrespectful. I DO NOT recommend using Ceemag logistics.
They have been holding my packages for over 7 months and still counting. He lacks the courtesy to provide an update on when they will be delivered.
He refused to pick calls and attend to questions as to when the expected delivery date will be.
This guy does not understand this business at all, and he should definitely close down the business if he’s not willing to learn how to run the business properly.
Bad experience so far dealing with him.
There are many other people that provides better services out there, you will regret dealing with Ceemag and he will yell on you and drop yojr calls for asking questions.
Very poor service and a terrible business…I strongly advise against dealing with him and Ceemag.

My consignment was opened and half of the stuff was stolen, I ship a parcel of 121kg and it was supposed to be in a barrel which I paid for, only for it to arrive in 2 cartons, with my things all stolen, scattered, shoes were removed and the ones left were one pair each, I have not felt this heartbroken in a long while, and all this was parceled with Yele global, I have asked for a refund, and I will make a court case out of this if the situation sis not looked into. I won’t take excuses, no matter the length I am willing to go.
I have text messages, pictures of my consignments and the things that have been removed.

Terrible Service. Sent 13 bags and only 8 were there. Turns out the other 5 bags were stolen and sold. All my things were scattered and rummaged everywhere. The load I shipped also came 3 months later than the estimated time I was told

I would never write a bad review, but the terrible and awful customer service experience I had made me write this. I feel future customers should be aware.

I sent a message to the business owner of ceemag logistics before leaving home(Hamilton) that I would come pick up my shipment at their Etobicoke office during their business hours. I got there but there was no one at the office. I called him and he said he was 35 minutes away in the most impolite way with no apologies. I waited in my car and called back after 38 minutes, his response was "I am on my way oh", not a single apology the second time for keeping I and my wife waiting in the car. I then called back 18 minutes later again to ask how many minutes out he was, he kept saying I'm on my way. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction of keeping us waiting. He said absolutely nothing and abruptly cut the call.

After an hour and a minute of keeping I and my wife waiting. He finally called me to tell me he was in his office. I was parked by the side of office. In the nastiest and immodest of tone, his exact words were "I thought you were here". No form of apology still. I went into the office paid and picked up my shipment. All through the period of keeping us waiting and seeing him in person, there was not a single form of empathy.

We've all got busy lives. You don't keep people waiting like you are doing me a favor. You are offering a service that was paid for in full. #ownyoursh*t# and do it right.
