I would give a higher star rating if it was an option. I bought a pre-owned Explorer which ended up having an issue after owning it for less than a month. The staff went above and beyond my expectations for repairing the Explorer, which also included delivering me a loaner vehicle to drive on more than one occasion.
They accommodated my schedule and made sure I was taken care of.
Special thanks to Treena and Dawn, and the rest of the team!
If we need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely make the drive out to Watrous again.

This dealership truly is levels above any Ford or other dealership I've ever visited. All of the staff I've had interactions with (which is quite a few) have always been courteous, polite and professional, every time! It's such a refreshing change to feel genuinely valued as a customer. I definitely highly recommend making the drive and seeing for yourself what real customer service is all about. In my opinion, investing heavily in purchasing a vehicle is the start of a business relationship, not a one time transaction. Reputable dealerships create happy customers and happy customers are repeat customers + they tell others about their positive experience. Other dealerships and employers take note, good employees add HUGE value to your business and every effort should be made to retain and reward them for their contribution to overall success. I should add the community of Watrous is amazing every time. Everyone is so genuinely polite. It makes for a great reason for an out of town road trip.

It would have been a five-star review but they did not have the Ford part in stock. Really a Ford issue, not this specific dealership’s issue.
They sourced a part from Napa and got the job done the same day.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! After a terrible experience at another dealer where I had brought many vehicles from I decided to try centennial Ford for an oil change as I passed through. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at any vehicle dealer. While I waited for my oil change people kept asking me if I needed anything like water/snacks everyone was just so nice and on top of all that they left me a little gift in my truck. Then I took my truck in yesterday for some warranty work and again service was amazing I had only been there 1 time and everyone knew my name asked me how I was doing and kept offering drinks and to top it all off they even offered me a free car wash which I would haven taken but I had to go so unfortunately I had to turn that down! Also again I get in my truck and there’s another little gift sitting in there for me. All in all great place great people. It’s the little things like even remembering me let alone the little gifts that go a very long way! Needless to say when I need a new truck in a few years I will definitely be buying from them!

Our salesperson was Jen Potter and we found she was very helpful during the purchase process. I found her honest and straightforward. It was a very positive experience. The price on my 2018 Lariat was very good compared to other dealerships I had checked and price was given without dealing back and forth. If you are buying a Ford give this dealership a chance.
