My family and I recently rented a unit w Century Stone Storage and we are very happy not only with the customer service received but the condition of the grounds and the unit. Our unit had plenty of room and was very clean. Our experience start to finish was amazing. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage and will use again in the future. Thank you to Sharon and the office staff for making our experience an amazing one!!!

Extremely over priced for the upper units, it's so low that you have to duck while trying to move your stuff up high steep stairs that are dangerous when taking things down them, our unit had the bottom units door at the back of the unit so we could not put anything back there and was still charged full price. It took numerous times calling to get my deposit back, was told different things each time I called about the deposit. Would never rent here again, yes they have someone who can assist in bring the heavy stuff up but it's by apt which is inconvenient to have to make appointments everytime

We used storage for 6 months. 1/3 of our items got black mold. Damage was shocking. There was leak at back corner and one of side walls. While facility looks pretty cool and you will be greated with a warm welcome, ensure you get an insurance. Worth to make back of the unit accessible to periodically keep eye on your belonging. Anything that was leather, material, art and was packed in cartoon boxes was a toss. Even art wrapped in ceramic did not make it. Agreement contract includes mold damage. So, hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

We found the people that own the storage area to be wonderful bend over backwards to help you the storage units on sale for spotless outside in I'd recommended for anybody wanting a secure place
