Nicole at Oshawa is always a pleasure and welcoming. Super helpful for all my questions and concerns, and goes the extra mile. A few times I've messed up my labels and she made sure it was corrected before they were shipped. Nicole is very friendly which makes the experience that much better! I wish I had of switched to Chit Chats from Canada Post a long time ago! Absolutlety outstanding service and I highly reccomend Chit Chats for all of your small business shipping needs. The staff at the Oshawa location are wonderful and Nicole has gone out of her way (more than once) to help me. The shipping service is fast and rates are extremely reasonable. I also love that they offer international shipping at rates far below what other shipping companies charge. When I had a question, I called the Chit Chats help line and had immediate help. For the one claim I had to submit due to USPS loosing my package, the claim was filed seamlessly and paid out fast and I even got a helpful human on the phone when I called the claim company. Overall I am thankful that an unfortunate situation with another shipping company lead me to Chit Chats. Thanks guys! Oh and I just shipped from Oshawa to Los Angeles. The shipment arrived in Oshawa Friday afternoon and was delivered on Tuesday in LA. Amazing!

Great rates! Wish I had known about them years ago but better late then never. I'll never use Canada Post for any international shipping ever again. And many domestic ship rates are also much better and offer tracking on everything. Even better than the CP prepaid ship boxes. I have told many others about Chit chats as well.

I have been dealing with chitchats for pass 3 yrs and I have to say, they have the best rate for US and Canada. Yes better than Canada post - faster delivery in US compare to within Canada or UK.
Employees in Oshawa location are lovely to deal with especially the lady. She is really sweet and answers all the questions patiently.
Return: once package was not picked up by customer on time from the mail box so it came back to the location properly/without damage after the required hold date.

I had a great experience at the Oshawa outlet, thanks to Nicole who was such a huge help, I can't thank her enough! She was highly professional and helped me as a fist time user of the service. I had a heavy box to ship back to Ireland and she helped me step by step.
I got quotes from numerous different shipping companies in the area and Chit Chats was the best solution for me hands down.
