Shopped here last two years. Owner has been helpful, knowledgeable and always made time to talk and share his love of the outdoors and the gear he sells to make it even more fun and accessible. I will continue to shop here when I visit the area.

Great to have a business like this in our northern community. Unfortunately very disappointed in the owners behavior towards customers when purchasing items.
Richard become very defensive when questioned on pricing of quality versus quantity. Talking to local residents about the store several bad experiences have been shared of being asked to leave the store and even told that the police will be called to have them removed. A business has a right not to sell to customer as a owner they need to respect their customers.
I have been told that if he doesn't like a review he deletes it.
Great to have a business like this in the area but I can't support a local business that doesn't treat there customers with respect.

Great small business. Richard is very knowledgeable when it comes to firearms repair and maintenance. He worked on my 1911 and it is running better than new. Great and honest work for more than fair price, a welcome change from the previous arrogant business owner

We were at Red Lake for work and came across the store. I can definitely say they have got all essentials and then some, in Toronto I would need to got to 3 different store to maybe find this inventory. I did find Richard helpful as a store owner and as a passionate outdoorsy he tells you all he knows about hunting and fishing in the area. definitely will give him a call next time I'm in town.

Richard an Janine are a true team, the prices are fair and if they don't know the answer to something rest assure they will find out! They have been nothing but accommodating and if they dont have a product best believe they will find it at the best price possible and bring it in for you .

Drove 26 hours to Red Lake for Moose hunt. The rifle I put the scope on myself was shooting all over the place when I sighted it in.

Took the rifle to Chukuni Outdoor Supply. Richard mounted the scope and got it sighted in. It's been dead on since.

Highly recomend Chukuni Outdoor Supply.

Patience is a virtue when running a business, a little short tempered. No matter what, customers come first. What is ones preference isn’t necessarily another. Perhaps self-awareness is needed when serving customers.
