Things are SO overpriced. Employees are very passive aggressive and rude. A friend had paid for a monster energy while we were still shopping. She was drinking it while we were still shopping. One of the friends were getting a slushie. Another friend poured a little of the monster into a nacho plate (literally less than a cent to make) to try some. One of the girls came over and started accusing us of throwing up a full slushie cup out into the trash and was trying to charge us for it. She was being extremely rude but luckily the other girl/worker was more understanding. Yes, we shouldn’t have used a nacho plate to try an already bought drink, but trying to charge a whole drink and yelling at us? (The employees - they were twin sisters I think, same age and looked like twins.) Also, they were speaking loudly in Punjabi in front of us and I speak it somewhat fluently. They were talking and making fun of our looks. Overall, bad experience. Not to mention for example, a “terrys chocolate orange” is 8.99 while a 2 minute walk away at the dollarama it’s 2.50. Just an example of the overpriced goods there. Hot Food also looks stale.

Horrible customer service. Sold me a card that wasn't properly activated, tried to get them to fix it, took two weeks and had to get my mom involved because they wouldn't take me seriously. There's also one guy who works there who always looks drugged out of his mind and never says anything, he doesn't even greet you or say "have a good day", he also accidentally (I think) scanned a bag of chips I was buying twice and when the person I was with told him he rolled his eyes and took it off. Also, it is not wheelchair accessible at all even though the website says it is. The pathway is blocked so there is no way in for people in wheelchairs.

Most disrespectful workers ever dealt with. Purchased gas in June and because it was a 100 dollar bill would not except it. Then threatened to call the cops They would of laughed at him seeing I had the money on me to pay. Very rude manager and when I asked for head office number I was not given it. Worst customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would of. Everyone should purchase there gas somewhere else and not give a dime to that store. I know I won’t.

Before I start, most of the staff, especially an adult female (unsure of her name) are friendly and almost the only redeeming factor of this store. Not wheelchair accessible at all even though it is stated in the info here. No curb cut out to get into the store, door buttons don’t work or are blocked most of the time, and there is a garbage can blocking the walkway. The isles frequently are blocked as well. I cannot access this store without someone lifting me onto the walkway and clearing a way for me in the store.

The owners are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I stopped in there and spent $15 on items in store to treat my severely disabled daughter after a pretty intense medical appt. After which, while she enjoyed her small soda I decided to wash the very dusty windows of my wheelchair access. van. At this point the female owner came out yelling at me to leave and if I want to clean my windows I have to pay for a full car wash. I politely told her that I was a paying customer already and that I just needed to clean off my windows and that I have a special needs child in the van who is getting upset about her yelling at her mother, so to please stop as I have already finished. The female owner then continued to yell at me, saying "I don't care about your whiny kid. Not my problem. If you want clean windows, you pay. You pay for car wash." I will never go there again. This store is always dirty and has an odd odour. The disrespect shown to a paying customer and her disabled child is beyond disgusting. I recommend driving 5 more minutes into Ingersoll to find a gas station/variety store that behaves in a way that shows some human decency. The owners here are disgusting.

Went in to buy milk and there was none on the shelves. I could see it in the cooler so I asked the employee who was busy talking on his phone if he could get one for me he said it was the night person's job. I asked again if he could get it but he was very put out. The I guess he thought about it and asked me if I wanted it still he would get it> I advised that he could forget it and I would get it at Foodland. They will not get anymore of my business.

I came in and bought a phone card they printed one from the wrong company and refused to either give me my money back or print one for the right company. Their mistake and I paid for it. Worst customer service EVER since the ownership of the store changed hands it's been all downhill.
