worst cab in NWT most of the driver are reckless and dont care about road rules theres a driver who got us almost to accident due of his reckless driving this guy is driving a number 59 taxi. And when i approached him and asked him why he did that instead of saying sorry he dared me to call police and saying hes not scared of rcmp. Hopefully this company do something with this guy so he cant make trouble to others in the future.

I'm in the city for work and never in my life have I experienced a cab company break more traffic laws, for these guys they have employeed it seems like stop signs are merely a suggestion as not a single one has stopped for one. You think for a company focused on driving they'd be able to follow the rules of the road.

Excellent cab service, call center is very efficient, cars are right on time. The drivers are very friendly as well. I highly recommend them if you need cab service in Yellowknife.

I took a cab to the airport on a Saturday morning. Traffic was very quiet. My cab rides usually cost me about $16. This driver took the highway detour when he could’ve went directly from Franklin. My cab ride ended up lasting more than 15 minutes and costing me $28. Extreme rip off. It’s not the first time I cab from to the airport. I will never take this cab again. My driver was nice, but I was not in the mood to talk. So I was forced to do chitchat with him on top of that. What I don’t like is when you’re about to pay they throw the tip option right in your face. What if you are not happy with your services? What if you’re being charged $12 more? Do you still have to tip? I like cab companies who are honest, and have drivers with integrity. I will never take this cab company again.

Worst customer service from Both the drivers and the dispatchers. If you did travel with them most of the time the drivers overcharge you or select their own tip money.

I had a cab arranged to pick up that didn't show up. I had a very tight transfer between Air Tindi and Yellowknife airport due to flight delays. There was a City Cab waiting outside who declined my request to give me a cab ride!! They said they were waiting for someone else that took about 10 minutes to come (more than enough time to give me a 3-minute ride to the other airport)... I called and requested for a cab again, Then a second City Cab showed up and I was hoping it would take me to the main airport but they turned me down also!!! Finally, a stranger ended up giving me a ride. It was absolutely a disappointing experience for someone in very tight timeline and it would have been a very easy trip and money for the driver. Shocks me that they did not want business.

Got into an argument with the guy outside the airport… wanted 25$ for a 6 minute ride.. take an uber. Save ya time money and head ache.
