When I first visited the store, I was by myself. When I went in, I was asked right away if I needed any help. I said, not right now, as I am just browsing. Then the gentleman said, if you need anything just let me know. Very friendly but, not over bearing about wanting a sale. I said, ok thank you.

He did eventually come upstairs in the store, where I was looking at couches, with sleeping options as well. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was also very polite. It was a very enjoyable experience and I thanked him, before leaving and said I would hope to be back later that day, with my wife. I also looked at dining sets as well, downstairs.

Also when leaving the lady on the main floor, sitting behind the counter asked if I had any luck finding what I might want. I said yes and also told her we would be back later. She said ok, we will be here, in a very friendly and polite tone. She then also said to have a nice day. I said thank you and you too. She was also very friendly and courteous. Those are two of the biggest reasons we chose to go back that afternoon and work a deal out for a new dining room set and a couch/sleeping sectional.

Also, even though it was late in the day, I asked about delivery of our new furniture. They said they couldn’t deliver it that day but, could deliver it for us the next day, if we liked. When he explained their delivery schedule, I chose the Saturday, two days after purchasing. That way we had time to move some old furniture out and some other around, to be ready for the delivery of the new furniture. So they were very accommodating as well. Just an overall pleasant experience. So happy to have bought locally. We would certainly recommend them to family and friends as well.

Thank you City Furniture and Staff, for all you did. From when I first came in to browse and see what you had available, to the point of sale and the delivery of our new furniture that we love and are now enjoying. It was a very pleasant experience.

Quick service, friendly sales team. I had shopped online and had an idea of what I wanted. I appreciate that they showed me the product I was looking for and did not try and sell me something else. I wasn't too sure about the clear lid on the washing machine, but now if the Canucks game is boring, I've got something else to watch.

Just had my new studio couch delivered - the experience was incredible!
The delivery guys were efficient and great about problem solving how to get the 39 inch (tall) couch, through the 29inch doorway.

The staff in store was wonderful to deal with, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and making sure I got the best price and protection package (because kids 🫣)

Your next couch should definitely come from City Furniture!

The staff at city furniture are always wonderful and willing to help, answer questions and make sure you get the right fit from your home. I came in for a love seat that wasn't to large and would fit my limited space available without over taking the room and walkway. The sales lady took the time to chat about what we were looking for and what they had then pointed us in the direction to start looking, she gave us about a few minutes to look around before checking in and helping make the final decision. The delivery guys knew what they were doing worked as a team and where super respectful of my house and yard he took the time to go up the driveway and down the walkway even though could have cut through the lawn and for me that was a huge curiosity as a homeowner all around 10 out 10 from sale to delivery

Bought a mattress and bed frame from city furniture. They delivered it in excellent condition and we're very friendly. They set the bed up for us and took the old bed away. Love doing business with them . Thanks again . Highly recommend them

I needed a new fridge and chose city furniture to visit first. The customer service was so friendly and informative and the prices were so reasonable that I decided to make my purchase here. They delivered within a couple hours and the delivery guys were professional and quick for what they had to do to get it in my house. From our visit to the store to the delivery to my home…Fantastic!
