My experience with City Transfer was excellent. I had originally chosen a different carrier but they proved to be unreliable. I found City Transfer as I needed a courier to pick up two 10ft wooden beams (weighing 300 pounds) and deliver from Surrey to Garden Bay on the Sunshine Coast. From the very beginning, City Transfer set me at ease with their professional approach and CAN DO attitude. I got a quote, they did the pick up and delivery, and I paid my invoice. Fast and painless! The delivery dude was extraordinary, he really flexed his muscles singlehandedly unloading the 300 lb skid and helping me drag it into my yard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend City Transfer or use them again. Thanks for the stress free delivery!

I had a boat i needed to ship out of Powell River BC - it was special to me and was important to be carefully handled . I'm sitting in Ontario and I was referred to City Transfer by a known large transporter . From the initial call -Theo took the time to let me know of the usual practice and times to ship , Kyle looked after loading my boat and trailer ahead of schedule to meet with my transporter at the other end . I encountered a small problem but was rectified by the excellent customer service by Tony . So to sum it up it was excellent and basically Sudden Service from start to finish . So Super Uber Service is all I can say - use them with confidence! Excellent - Excellent - Excellent . They are a T.E.AM. of professionals . Together - Everyone- Acheives - More . And it shows . It's been a year or 2 since my shipment was handled by City Transfer and their staff - Thanks -

I use City Transfer to ship all my fresh florals from Vancouver to Powell River. The boxes always show up in perfect condition and are always on time, if not earlier than I think they will be! Theo and Michelle are helpful and supportive. Thanks for this service!

Was called Monday and told they had 3 boxes for me and what did I want done with them. I replied "delivered please, that's what I paid for". Was told it would be between 11am and 3 pm. This person who called was rude. At 4 pm I called and was told it would be the next day and when I asked why was put through to dispatch. She was very nice and said she was not told it was to be delivered that day and said it would be Tuesday between 11 and 3. I called at 4 on Tuesday and was told it was on the driver's truck and would be soon. I called again at 5 and was told the driver didn't stop until all items off the truck and it should be soon. At 5:30 I was called and said driver had mechanical issues so it would now be Wednesday. I called at 3:30 on Wednesday and spoke with same person who first called - she was rude yet again. Finally at 5:30 on Wednesday they were delivered - total distance was 10 km. Does not deserve 1 star. Will not use again and have advised Costco of the issues.

We ordered a murphy bed from Costco & City Transfer delivered it, all 6 large boxes as it has cabinets attached to each side of bed. The boxes had to be dropped by fork lift to our garage & City Transfer did a great job

Aggressive driver in Powell river. Adjust your speed for traffic, what’s the point of trying to bully and intimidate a new mom with her baby in the car with your big truck. Shame on you.
