Only racist and lazy staff. Easily 4-5hrs load time and drivers not allowed to use washrooms. Especially that white lady working here she’s so rude.

Very very bad experience in this place, staff was rude, you can’t backup with bunk truck ,just easy backing for city truck 🛻 .

Staff is so rude specially the guys with beard. Looks like they are racist from their body language. They get offended even if you just ask for the door number. Moreover, shippers are nice and helpful.

First-time here, for inspiration of frozen meat bring from usa . The check in office is next to 2-3 doors from door 13. You guys can read the signs for check in at 14 as well. If you are coming with big bunk truck space is pretty much tight. The tip from my side to back on door is just stop then turn your steering first and then start backing at very low speed.

First of all the parking sucks ,very hard to dock in the units, also there are no red green lights for the safety to pull out the trailer ,no safety locks ,adding to this the staff is so rude that they treat the drivers so badly ……

The 4.5 stars must be the employees on hourly breaks or something, extremely long wait before anything even happened I was on time, why order me for 1215 and not start loading until 215?

NOT to mention the unfriendly confines of your parking lot and shipping docks.

The entire place is blindside backing, an uncomfortable, unnecessary risk for all drivers.

Your building looks ancient and as if half isn’t even used maybe it’s time to catch up with the times and the larger vehicles needed to handle your business? We’re not all day cabs.
