As visitors to Cold Lake We found the bus route had a large number of useful and easy to find stops. The schedule was clear and concise with the busses in excellent condition. However while riding We noticed video signs asking riders to refrain from swearing and to treat employees with respect. Perhaps the city should ask the same of their drivers. As We entered the bus We greeted the driver and He ignored Us, fair enough. We exited at a stop then got back on when it returned and being unfamiliar with the area other than noticing business signs, We asked if the bus stopped near Barburrito. If he wasn't familiar with that he could have asked what else is near that, instead he says to my Wife, " Barburrito where the HELLS that! I don't know!" Okay, we sat down quietly and rode the bus to our starting point. Felt like We had just scorned the soup seller on Seinfeld, sit down shut up or no more bus for You. For the rest of Our trip We will wait for Our Son to bring Us any where when he's off. I'd recommend taxi, Uber or just take Your seat and don't interact with the staff.

I loved the time I had at this place, the staff was very friendly and quick, I spend about 45 seconds in the building in total. However, as a pedestrian it was quite the walkabout to get to the place, without breaking a few "DO NOT CROSS" signs
