Thus was the worst bus trip I've ever taken. Thus company should stick with parcel delivery and get out of the passenger service. It was a refurbished school bus with a horrible suspension system. No seat belts. Every pot hole we hit we bounced out of our seats. I was feeling fine when I boarded the bus in fox creek. By the time we hit whitecourt I was in alot of pain. I even tried to rent a car one way from whitecourt to yeg edmonton Airport but there were no cars available. I will never use this company and will never recommend it to anyone. I would rather hitch hike then take this bus.

The driver however was very polite and professional. He was a very good driver. It's unfortunate he got stuck with such a poor vehicle. I imagine being the driver his trip was worse as his full route was much longer then my 3 hrs.

Great trip actually. Surprisingly. Sad that some drunk girl thought she was boss and hit the ticket booth window. But she got picked up. Thank God! ❤️

I recently visited the Cold Shot bus office, and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with all my travel inquiries. The office was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate. I appreciated how efficiently they handled ticketing and provided information about routes and schedules. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I would definitely recommend the Cold Shot bus office to anyone needing assistance with their travel plans.

Was on the morning bus from Grande Prairie to Edmonton. The driver stopped in Fox Creek at the cannabis store and bought "whatever" he needed. Not impressed and not a good impression for the company.

Reflects exceptionally bad on them. Cold Shot needs to do better.

Omg the bumpiest ride I’ve ever been on says they have wifi nope they don’t the seats don’t even recline back seats were absolutely straight up and down so uncomfortable.. the only good about it is the bus driver polite, drives awesome and the sweetest person sorry didn’t get his name drove from Edmonton to grand prairie ab was the 11:30 am bus

I recently traveled from Edmonton to Grand Prairie with Rahul as our bus driver, and I was really impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He greeted everyone with a smile and made sure we were all comfortable. He drove safely and kept us informed about the journey, always answering questions kindly. His friendly attitude and focus on safety made the trip much more enjoyable. I recommend Cold Shot for anyone traveling this route.

They canceled my bus that I needed to take to catch a flight the day before and said they tried to phone me about it on January 4th which wasn't true. The guy on the phone read off their phone number and I did not see that number anywhere in my call history and no voicemail either. Literally just got an email the day before. If there is a low number of passengers that booked the bus they will cancel it I guess, super super annoying! I booked this bus in November. Absolutely ridiculous! AVOID

Worst Bus In Canada, unprofessional, I booked wrong Date and I called to the office they literally ignored me and not willing to help to reschedule, addition if you use their bus services in 5 Times they offer 1 free Ride, that is lie, I used more then 5 times and yet they denied me oh cuz I used Busbudd App lol, These guys are Joke, plus I left in the bus my Pillow Memory Foam, i called the office if they found my pillow I was told probably one the customer stole your pillow lol again, I have said it before these guys are joke
