This service delivered a parcel to me when I was not home (and no one else was home). The email I received notifying me of my parcel being delivered stated that "Mischelle" (spelled this way) had signed, and it included a timestamp and an image of what purports to be my signature (but is not my signature). I called the company to report that it appears the delivery person may have signed pretending that it was me. The person who answered the phone said they would escalate the matter and then promptly hung up.

My wife ordered nutrimeals and they were delivered by this service Cold Shot Courier. The delivery guy just dropped the package. I have video footage and I sent it into management. After multiple emails, there was no follow up. They just ignored me. I understand if his back hurt and couldn’t bend down to place the box but management didn’t even try to make things right. That’s why I am giving a one star review.

I think you can do better by checking weather updates before dropping your clients in the middle of nowhere at 2:am in a -45°.
Atleast change drop off locations and inform your clients, costumer Safety .

Avoid this place completely if you are looking for uhaul. I got overcharged on fuel charges even after refuelling the vehicle. I just drove it for 5 kms. The lady who deals with uhaul there added safe protection insurance to my invoice which i never took as i booked it myself online. But all theese extra charges were forced on my final invoice. The lady is rude and then says if you have a problem just call here and dispute.

I left a Nintendo Switch on my bus back home to Edmonton. The 3 Greyhound employees I talked with went above and beyond to hunt it down for me. Each showed genuine concern on locating the Switch. Going through buses, checking with other staff, and calling other bus Depos. They were prompt with calling me back and keeping me updated. I was very impressed and did get my Switch back (also a thank you to the kind person who turned it in)

I've always had a good experience at this depo so it's a 5 star from me.
