Needed their services on a shipment, gave all my information to the reception and was promised a call back. I Called the next day requesting help again, was told because my call was the previous day in the afternoon and the brokers work out of Ontario I should receive a call back that day. Didn't hear from anyone, called again 4 days later, was directed to a voicemail, left a message. Never got a call back. Don't waste your time with these people. They obviously could care less about customers.

I recently had to ship parts from Texas to Canada, that was very urgent, and had to get it to Canada as soon as possible. It was VERY HIGH PRIORITY. Sue-Ellen did a great job taking my stress levels down, and helping me with this shipment. It got delivered the next day. She was a SUPER STAR!
