If you're looking for a company that can turn a simple shipment into a major headache, then Cole International is the one for you. They were responsible for picking up my roofing metal shipment from the supplier in China and delivering it all the way to my yard in Halifax. Unfortunately, they managed to destroy the shipment in the process. Their handling was a complete disaster.
Now I am in claim process with them, will post again when claim closes up.
