I highly recommend College Hunks from management Leon, who was wonderful informing me of an adjustment of time or possible change in date. As for the “ HUNKS “ Ron and Jerome did an exceptional job also in communicating arrival time, as well in their work of moving. They were effective, efficient, professional and very pleasant.

Setting up.a booking with Leon was easy. Movers, Ron and Eldon, were fantastic. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the moving experience. I would definitely recommend College hunks. No they aren’t the cheapest service on the market, but for a little bit more than you may pay with some companies you get professional, Efficient, and friendly fellas to take your stuff away. From the time I requested the service until the follow up to check and see how the service was, they did a great job with communication. Ron and Jerome were great And I wish other companies would take a page from their customer service handbook.

On moving day they called to advise they were on time. They treated our furniture and boxes as if they were their own. I had am amazed at the care these young men used in moving some of my heavy items making sure that nothing was marked or damaged. They were prepared for everything and my move was done in record time. I would recommend Collage Hunks to all who are considering a move. Thanks again guys for a stress free move.

My experience was not great. We moved my mom into a seniors apartment. The price quoted included the take down and set up the bed in her bedroom. The owner Riley said it did on original quote and on the phone with me. They also overcharged based on an error in paperwork he said. When I questioned this, Riley was more interested in trying to argue and intimidate me than to work something out. In fact he didn't even want to come upstairs to discuss it with me. The 3 guys moving the items were good however. We did find a broken leg on the couch and the bedframe was cracked as well when we started to set it up after they left. After contacting the head office to discuss my situation nobody wanted to talk to me, they said all had to be done at the local level and they do not get involved. Not sure that is good business practice. Nothing was ever resolved on this matter.

I’ve used College hunks multiple times for moves, junk removal and help moving furniture in home! The teams have always been terrific! Jack & Reese took an old couch for junk, and moved several other pieces to make space for new furniture delivery!
Jack & Reese were efficient and very careful with our belongings. Really nice guys and a great experience. Thank you to the hunks! Here in Edmonton Alberta!!
