The worst experience I have ever had. Brought my 4 and a half year old truck in and had pictures of damages. I had expressed that other than the external obvious damage , I had a blank black screen ,no radio, no back up camera, no sensors along with the tugging to the left and slight tire damages. I was told they would contact me when parts were in. After 4 months, I get ahold of someone they said “ we have been waiting for you to call back and complain to order since it’s a bit busy” so being patient and not bothering them knowing they are busy , cost me 4 months of waiting for nothing… another 4 months went by and I finally got a phone call my parts were in. 8 months!!! I show up and they had not been ordered so I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. After fixing the obvious damage , none of the other damages were fixed. I expressed this and they seen in their notes from day 1 I mentioned these things. After 6 More months and having my truck in and out of their shop, they told me I was having all these issues with my screen , radio because I was using an iPhone cord that caused all this to not work ..like what? After countless times of calling and wanting this issue resolved , they sent me to ford to see if the scanner there would pick up the issues I expressed from the start. It did… but there was a 6 month to 9 month wait for that part to be made. Colour collision and Ford were to discuss and I was to get contacted by colour collision when the part came in because I spoke to SGI and they had told me the part would be covered if colour collision had agreed that this was the situation and their machine didn’t pick it up. After multiple calls after the 14 months of waiting to be contacted about the part while also calling to check in, I find out it’s been at Ford and colour collision was contacted 6 months prior to make the appointment … but due to colour collisions machine not picking it up, they just refused to continue further and the 2000 dollar piece and installation was not going to be included along with a wheel alignment and 2 tires I needed to replace. I had to spend 3400 dollars on my truck AFTER having it in the shop with colour collision and expressing those issues from day 1 and it took just about 2 years to finally have all the features my screen in my truck offers. I was patient throughout this entire process and it was taken advantage of.

Front end staff very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The shop staff very knowledgeable, provide realistic timelines for service completion based on availability of parts, and transparent about the work that is required to fix and their communication with the insurance company as they work to repair your vehicle. The work on my vehicles has been high quality and long lasting. They remedied an electronic issue that arose after replacing a windshield immediately after I notified them of the problem without question. Highly recommend!

This place is hands down the best collision centre around. The work thats done is always done right and if there is issues they make it right. I've taken my vehicles here for over 20 years and never disappointed. Wait times are longer now but thats to be expected with part shortages and newer vehicles. I would never take my vehicle any place else!. Plus they do windshields as well which many people don't realize!. 10/10 all the way!

Waited months for them to get a fender in. Said they were having problems getting it. Gave up waiting and ordered it myself online. Arrived by courier in a week.
