We had a great experience with FastFrate on Nov 16. They delivered our Murphy bed from Costco. There was a little mix up with our delivery day appt, and they delivered a day early, but I’m very happy it happened that way because it actually worked out in my favour as my husband was home at the time and could help with moving the very heavy item into our building. Our delivery guy (sorry I forgot your name!) was very nice and went above and beyond. He also gave us tips on how to put the bed together and told us about previous customer’s experiences and warnings, so that we wouldn’t have the same problem. Thanks again!

My order is almost 2 months late at this point and has yet to arrive. The delivery date has changed 5 times and I've contacted them multiple times about when I might receive it. The customer service representative I originally spoke to was polite and informative but now nobody picks up when I try to call and ask about my items. Best to avoid using this business to ship your items.

Incredibly rude reception staff. Expecting a shipment from Montreal (which thanks to FF they are delayed by more than 2 weeks when it should have been 5-7 business days). They finally called a few days ago to schedule a delivery. I called to ask if the driver would call me when they are close so we can explain where to drop the shipment as I live in a condo..."well did you request a phone call?". Like, no, I didn't. SHOULD I? She then asks me for my waybill number while cutting me off, so I started reading it out to her..."Wait, once again I'm not ready for you". Like ok lady, calm down. The reason you have a JOB is because I'm literally paying to use your service! Basically all I got out of her was that either the driver will drop it off in some random place or I'll get a call on arrival. So what am I supposed to do, wait in the alley for 4 hours in case he comes? this company is ridiculous.

Before I showed up to pick up a shipment of home mirrors from this location, I read the reviews and was not looking forward to it to say the least. My experience couldn't have been more of the opposite. I had 2 extremely helpful gentlemen assist me during a really brutal afternoon. I ended up breaking one of the mirrors trying to get it into my SUV (my own fault) and the forklift driver helped me pick up the broken pieces and wait with my pallet as I spent an hour trying to get a U-Haul. When I got back he loaded the pallet into the truck no questions asked. When I brought the pallet back later in the afternoon, another staff member helped me unload it AND took all of my cardboard, plastic styrofoam for me. Couldn't have been more surprised with this experience and I feel bad for other customers who didn't have the same service I did because I would definitely use this company again. Thanks for the great customer service.

We ordered a closet organizer from Costco and they hired Fastfrate to deliver it. Since their truck wouldn’t cross the ferry to deliver it to our house, we had to meet them to pick it up. The driver accidentally damaged the tailgate of our truck. I have spent several months trying to deal with them as when you email them, they never respond. When I finally got an answer it was to tell me that they wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage and that I would have to go through my insurance company. Totally unacceptable as they damaged my truck and now expect my insurance rates to go up in order to have the tailgate repaired. Don’t ever use this shipping company

I've had two companies deliver using Fastfrate Inc. Both times there were over 45 min late and did not arrive during the window of time given. The first time we understood that it was a curbside delivery but due to the lateness the person helping me move my stuff from the curb to the home had to leave. Leaving me to drag 300lbs of furniture in to my home myself. They also did not wear a mask (during the peak of covid) and they left trash and pieces of cardboard all over the side of the street. The second time we specifically called and asked the office of Fastfrate if they would deliver to the door and they said yes. They will deliver to the door of the building but not inside. When the driver arrived they said they will only deliver to the curb again. This time is 400lbs worth of furniture. luckily I had a friend with me. When we finally got the items off the pallet, the driver left. Leaving us with a heavy oversized wooden pallet with nails sticking out all over. Leaving us to dump it ourselves. Horrible. Just horrible and they do not take any ownership for everything that happens. We complained after the first time but they just shrugged it off. This is my complaint for the second time as it is pointless to go directly to the company.
