Parker reached out to us and stated that he had enough compressors and would be able to fulfill 3 of them for our busy season. He completely dropped the ball at last second, and couldn't fulfill on any of his promise - he didn't even have the courtesy of a phone call. I would understand if 1 of the compressors could not be available, but all 3...

I absolutely would never recommend this business to anyone.

It was a pleasure to communicate with the renter. The tamper I rented was in excellent condition and started on the first pull. The renter was responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend renting from Coopers over any other company.

These gentlemen helped us learn how to safely operate the compressor we rented. They also helped us with an additional adapter for our truck’s electrical outlet for the trailer lights. Thanks Cooper for the great customer service

I think the One Stop Rentals in Airdrie runs a pretty good buisness. I have always got great service here. The staff is friendly and their equipment is always in good shape. I have yet to get a piece of equipment that I was not satisfied with, and if I did I'm sure they would fix the problem immediately.

Todd always takes care of us, great new equipment well maintained and great prices. Friendly staff and over deliver when gear you ordered is still not back from another rental they will get you equal or greater than what you ordered at the same price. Just an awesome team.

I ran into a bad experience when I had rented an item.
I needed more assistance to utilize the cumbersome tool and needed to require assistance from someone a day later.
They allowed only through their kindness, for me to utilize the tool the next day at no extra charge.
Which was a blessing due to my pension not being challenged with this extra cost that did not happen. I will always remember this kindness, because it is no way to run a business.

Locally owned is only valuable if price and service are good. It's hard to believe how One Stop responded to our heating issues this winter. We are so grateful. Al and colleagues are the best choice for us in rentals and service.
