I'm always satisfied with their service. They pick up early sometimes and delivery most of the time goes very well. The odd hiccup, but usually it's the end user not the delivery driver/company fault.

Whenever I call in for service I always hope Nichole will pick up. She is so bubbly, happy and cheerful! I love when she answers!! She is absolutely wonderful and it's so refreshing to work with someone who seems to genuinely love their job!! She's super friendly and it's so refreshing to receive such excellent customer service!!

These guys are the worst. They never deliver on time. We have been let down time and time again. And every time the promise to do better. They have the worst customer service. I don’t know who the manager i spoke to thinks she is talking to people the way she does. Lauren is her name. Very unprofessional company. It’s really unfortunate because just a couple years ago I would have not used anyone else. Their customer service was 100% better than today. I used to get their couriers to deliver everything from my business to my personal interests. Not any more. We will never be using them again. Good riddance.

What a nightmare to deal with. When placing an order through Staples and getting it delivered by them, they keep arguing that we need to go through them, and Staples says the opposite. They argue they're not located on Vancouver Island, and yet their invoice has an address in Saanichton, and the number '5' that they state all their orders are under isn't anywhere on the delivery confirmation. Frankly they don't seem like a trustworthy company.

SCAMMER !!!
Beware of this company! Never trust them!
They will ask for releasing fee for the package but they will not release it. Afterwards they will ask for money laundering violation fee. If you refuse to pay they will just hold your package and never contact you again.

Scammer alert. They will get your trust first and will send you a gift and before it will be sent they will pressure you to pay first the clearance fee and money laundering fee. Please I would rate it 0 and learn from my experience.

I would not recommend this company for courier services. We tried contacting them for assistance with an important delivery, and Ingrid specifically was quite rude. I wouldn't trust this company with your deliveries and deadlines, especially with the use of 3rd party companies and zero tracking information.

Paid for expedited shipping, package was supposed to be here Monday. It was not until I reached out that they stated they tried to deliver but my address was wrong. Funny how Canada post, FedEx, ups and others never had this ISSUE. Turns out my address is fine, didn't even change it.

My biggest issue is THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME WHEN THEY COULDN'T DELIVER IT. IF I NEVER SAID ANYTHING I'D STILL BE WAITING.

If there was a no star that is what I would give. They deliver our meal box from Hello Fresh. So far Meal 1 is missing, Meal 2 dropped the wrong door, Meal 3 missing, Meal 4 wow they got it right. Meal 5 was dropped at a house 2 blocks away. If you don't care if your packages arrive great company. Don't trust them on any delivery.
