Costco is always a great shopping experience. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of quality products at competitive prices. The fresh produce and bulk items offer great value. Staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Checkout is fast, and the parking is spacious. A reliable place for bulk shopping!

Costco food never disappoints! Their chocolate cookies are rich, gooey, and absolutely delicious, and the pizza is always cheesy and satisfying. The prices are amazing for the quality and portion sizes. Perfect for a quick, tasty treat!

Do not use the self check out if you have a cart full. The automated voice will prompt you to keep putting items on the deck when there's no room. Heaven forbid you try to load it in the cart. When you hit a max weight you have to clear the deck to continue so it ends up on the floor. Not fun at all.

The whole membership thing. It's ridiculous. I couldn't even use my wife's card, and she is disabled she can't walk. Since I didn't have my own cart there, I had to walk away. I am done shopping with you guys. I loved it there before. But now, since this F card scanning happens, I'm done.

I would not recommend Costco Auto Tires for your winter tire change. First, you need to make an appointment. When I inquired about my tires, I was asked whether they were new or used. I mentioned they were used, and while that was acceptable, the representative suggested that if my tires were new, they should have been installed by the original retailer, such as Canadian Tire. He implied that some customers expect Costco to install tires purchased elsewhere at a reduced cost, which seems more like a sales strategy.

Fifteen minutes later, I received a call indicating that my tires were damaged and cracked internally, and he refused to install them, citing legal concerns. This felt misleading, as he seemed to be encouraging me to purchase new tires from Costco despite having bought my tires just a year prior. I am currently in a difficult position because the information provided was confusing. I subsequently went to OK Tire same day no appointment required and they confirmed that my tires were perfectly fine. I drove home with the tires Costco claimed were damaged.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the customer service at Costco on September 27, 2024. The cashier was quite rude to my daughters while they were making a purchase on my card. After these experiences, I have decided to discontinue my patronage of Costco, as I used to enjoy shopping there. It is unfortunate that this series of events has led to such a significant waste of my time.

I was at Costco tire shop on grande prairie to pick up my tires that ordered 2 weeks ago, I asked J to have the tires installed on rims while shopping. He stated “ there is no chance, even when you are done shopping. It is not going to be done”. When I was done shopping I went back to pick up my tires, I met E When I asked her if there is a chance cAn have the tires installed on rims . She said yes you should’ve dropped the rims before you went shopping. This J was denying a services that is provided by Costco. And cost us to wait another hour, and made us late driving back home . We drive two hours to go to Costco, and you end your day with someone like this guy.
