I only ever take County when Bud’s is too busy. I can barely get into the car before they start asking about payment. Not even ‘hi’ or ‘how are you’. There’s also a guy who asks a lot of personal questions and tells you every single detail about his life. Not a pleasant experience

The system is made give 1 points to this company. I call to get taxi to ottawa the dispatch person told me after asking me we're i was going to pay upfront come on taxi man just because I have acent that don't mean I can't pay for the ride. People if you're African Canadian please stay away from this company. There old boy's club members working at this place. Good luck ? ? ✨️ ?.

Took the can service today, from cp to almonte and return. I had two drivers, both very friendly and kind with myself and my daughter. First ride was pre booked 2nd I called for a return trip, first was right on time and the return was a quick call and they were on their way.

Absolutely my favourite cab/taxi service!
I love being able to pick up the phone and getting a cab ASAP the owner is so amazing and kind! The drivers are never late ! They make the end of my day so perfect having conversations and just being so friendly! I work at the Confort inn in Carleton place and whenever there is a guest that needs a cab county cabs is always the way to go !

Cab came in 15 minutes to CPMHC to take me home from Emerg. Kudos to Wayne who went above and beyond to make sure I got in the door. The keypad & lock were stuck cuz of temperature & my hands were too weak to operate them.

Very polite and respectful. Almost every time I wait very long. Longest was almost 30 minutes at rush hour on pay day. Usually a maximum 10 minute wait from my experience. It's the more expensive cab service out of 2 companies in town. However, $1.50 is the difference. I'll call them again.
