recently visited Cranbrook RV and Self Storage in May and received exceptional customer service from John and his wife. Despite being off-duty, they kindly answered my call and assisted me with my storage needs. However, shortly after renting the storage unit, my employer offered me an alternative storage solution on their property, prompting me to cancel my rental with John. When I informed them of this change, they changed me for the cancellation fee and refunded the remaining balance. I was impressed by their kindness and generosity, a testament to their big-hearted nature as sweet retirees!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE many things have been STOLEN from this STORAGE company .This company has done NOTHING to keep theives out. They just keep returning because they know its an easy
place to steal from SO BEWARE !!!!!!!
