I have yet to have someone answer or return my call multiple times through the years. I officially give up. The rates are not made clear enough I noticed as I was online looking for information to actually put me in contact with a person that will provide service. If there is a driver shortage or delays then there should be information posted and relayed when someone calls and receives the call back service. I try to write about my good, great and beyond experiences but I make an occasional exception when it may help another person put their time and efforts into the places and people that are delivering goods and services in authentic, honest ways that builds relationships with their patrons that in turn builds them up to be more successful. Great business idea if it is real and works.

I wasn't even gonna give these guys one star, because I have been trying to reach them for ever now. And I do mean that...even to get a call back from them after leaving messages constantly for almost five years now, and NEVER ONCE getting so much as a, "sorry, we're too busy," would have at least been something. But FINALLY, JUST NOW, I FINALLY got a call back, to say that it will be an hour and a half wait for a cheeseburger, unless I want to give him $50 to $100 to bump me up the line. They must have known that I had decided to finally write a review, so they decided to call me back. Thanks for the call back...it earned you one star...because at least now I know, that it is at least POSSIBLE to get a cheeseburger at two am...if you're F'n rich, lol. And at least now, after five years of calling them, I finally know that they do indeed really exist. It was a great idea guys, you're just doing a piss poor job of running it! And if in fact you have been SOOOOO increasingly and incredibly busy making $50 to $100 off of each cheeseburger all night long for five years plus...maybe it's time to spend some of those profits on more drivers, and a secretary 😉 just a thought.

Called five, six times on a Tuesday and a Wednesday night around two am, is it 5 am till 5 am or when your driver's feel like it, has my number been added to your blacklist for complaining about paying for mcdoubles dressed like a mac and just receiver regular ones. I don't want free crap from you guys I just want food that's far from where I live

Would absolutely not recommend to anyone! We waited over 45 minutes to have them call and say the they order could not be filled. When we asked them to wait so we could reconfirmed lour order, they hung up and did not answer our call (8 calls placed after our secondary call). I would NEVER order from this company! From four starving visitors!
