Fantastic experience with them; was renting for a Scouting event where we needed to store items leading up to the event. The website was very easy to use for a quote, and when I placed me order, since it was the best price around, I had a great interaction with their support team.

When we talked they confirmed all my details, discussing what I needed the container for to make sure it was needed. They then worked with me to identify the exact placement, including correspond with maps we marked together to ensure it was put in the right place at a park, and the doors faced the right way.

Prompt communication for dropoff and pickup were also fantastic... Would absolutely work with them again!

Drivers start early so cubes can be delivered and picked up in the morning (my experience).

Would of been great if the containers had more hooks near the door to prevent load shifting.

Delivered and picked up on time as requested. POD was clean and in very good condition. Drivers were courteous and friendly. Do use them, and if you are Costco member use the special available promo. (I didn’t because I wasn’t aware until it was too late).

Delivery of cube went very smoothly. Driver was very friendly. I arranged the movers thru Cubeit. I was disappointed that the 2 gentlemen that were sent were very nice, but did not understand enough English for me to communicate. I had several blankets and large beach towels for rapping and they would not use them. They used their own mats instead. I have not had a bill yet and they refused to give me a receipt. I hope I am not overcharged for all the mats they used.
