Excellent customer service provided by DAN and team.

Our delivery was promised and came through exactly as promised when we purchased our refrigerator/range stove.
We received a telephone message the day before delivery, again the morning of to confirm. The drivers also called when they were minutes away. There was a narrow space for the fridge to pass so the delivery professionals took off the doors and made sure there was no chance for damage. Extremely professional and courteous. Very pleased with the service we received. A big 10/10 for those two guys.

The two gentlemen that delivered our new fridge were extremely careful with getting it through the door, not damaging both the fridge and front entrance. They took the old unit away swiftly and assembled the new fridge efficiently with precision. I've had other delivery services in the past only leave damage after doing drop offs but these two were phenomenal and polite to boot. Steer away from 1 star reviews, most people only come to the Internet to post negativity with little to no reasoning. Extremely happy with their service and definitely recommend

This company was contracted to deliver and install a washing machine. The crew was utterly clueless about the installation, and did not check anything to work before they hastily left. This resulted in water damage to the property because it turned out that they had drilled a hole into the wall to stick the drain line into it. Even this was not done properly as they failed to even restore the pre-existing panel and simply left it on the floor. The company has never admitted any responsibility, quoting "the installers are our best experts". If they truly represent the best, this company should not exist.

I bought a washer and dryer and were delivered on April 9, 2024 by Darren and Nigel.
They were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

They delivered our new LG washer and dryer on time and removed our old Whirlpool washer and dryer and left no garbage.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, Darren and Nigel know what they were doing. They took a lot of care in their work, made sure the washer was level and had me look at everything before they left.

I recently had a delivery from this company. I noticed damaged on washer near the knob. They two men were very friendly, but something seemed off. They reassured me the small scratch on the door, and knob would come off as it was likely from the rain.

What this delivery team failed to tell me, is that they DROPPED the washer while trying to unbox it. See video. Very much NOT impressed. A $1000 washer...only to be dropped, not once, but twice.

I more pissed about them playing it off like it didn't happened. Well enjoin the review for all to see. Unacceptable practice. I understand mistakes happened, but for me to find out via security cameras? I was really wondering why the knob on the washer was very stiff and unresponsive.

Such a bad experience. They left without installing new one..kept my old units in the middle of the way. Didn't install the reason why, installer think we can't have split connection. Split connection is for steam dryer and it is allowed by manufacturer then how come it is not allowed. Anyways worst company ever and costco had enough complaints to stopped their business.

I ordered 2 dressers from Costco, paying for “white glove delivery.” When this company came to deliver them they told me “it was too heavy for 2 people to carry all the way upstairs.” I do live in a stacked townhouse but surely they knew the weight of this beforehand. They had to take it back and now they will only offer deliver on a Tuesday or Thursday to have 3 people deliver. So now I get to take an unpaid day off of work for this. There was no sympathy whatsoever, they didn’t care that we wasted our day waiting around for them. I even asked if I could know the time frame ahead of time for the rescheduled delivery so I could possibly just take a half day off and they said they would only tell us at 8 pm the night before. I’m really considering never ordering from Costco again if I have to deal with this company.
