Not enough kind words can be said about the GMC staff—from Alex, who went above and beyond to get me all the information on the truck, to John, who had the truck ready for pickup on very short notice. Keith even offered to take my family and me to breakfast while everything was being finalized, and he shared some great stories along the way.

Drove to Claresholm to look at a used vehicle from Davis Chevy and wasn't disappointed. Keith's service was exceptional knowing I was in Calgary by sending videos and photos of the vehicle to ensure the drive was not a waste of time. Dealing with John was equally pleasant in a stress free, no pressure environment unlike some of the dealerships I visited in Calgary. A deal was made right there and then.

6 months later, car is working like it should with no issues and I was also able to schedule my first service with them in a matter of 2 days advance notice and no wait and no issues.

Worth checking them out if you want a nice 45 min drive out of the city and customer service second to none. Will definitely go to them for my next vehicle. Thanks Keith and John!!

Had a great experience buying my car from Davis in Claresholm!
Kieth and John were super friendly and helpful — they let me take the car for a full-day test drive, which was amazing. No pressure at all, just genuine support.

They also gave me a discount on the price, helped with plates and insurance, and even promised to replace the windshield and take care of the wheel alignment after the sale — that really showed they care about their customers.

Really happy with how everything went. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a used car and want to work with good, honest people!

We were on our first day of vacation when our GMC 6.2L truck broke down on Hwy II by Okotoks on a Friday at 4PM. I called a couple dealerships and they were not able or willing to help. I then tried Davis GMC in Claresholm and got Hannah in service. Right out of the shoot she was so helpful and let me know their technician would look at our truck first thing Saturday morning. When the technician looked at our truck he found out that the engine was seized and then Hannah got in the phone and found us a rental truck in Lethbridge, the dealership gave us a loaner to go pick up the rental so we could get back on the road. To say least this was five star service right from the start. Thanks to everyone at Davis GMC for all your assistance.

Brought my Cadillac XT4 into this dealership for its first oil change, as I had always done previously with my other GM vehicles. There was misinformation between myself and the dealership I had purchased the vehicle from in Red Deer. I was under the impression that my 8 free oil changes could be redeemed at any GM dealership. Upon getting my oil change complete the service advisor Justin told me I owed for the service. I explained it was covered under the warranty. He went on to tell me that no it’s not a Cadillac dealership as it’s not out on the sign. Without any customer service or willing to help me he just said that was it and I would have to pay it. Not what I’m used to at this dealership as I have dealt with Dave on many occasions and he’s been fantastic! I ended up asking to speak to the manager (John) and he was very helpful. Once we discussed the situation and spoke to the dealership I had purchased the vehicle from It did get dealt with and resolved thanks to the dealership in Red Deer. No the customer is not always right, but understanding and kindness goes a long way especially in a service industry business. Perhaps the service advisor needs to be made aware of this again. Thank you John for taking the time to discuss this with me and looking for ways to a resolution.

Bought a new GMC Terrain a few days ago from Darrell, Tanner and John. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready for me to drive home. Every time I take my Chev Equinox in for service, I am greeted with friendly and efficient service here in Claresholm. They are my “go to” resource for any questions I have or recommendations on the upkeep of my vehicle. I’d especially like to thank John for recently going “above and beyond” when swapping out my summer tires for my winter tires on a windy, snowy day. Poor communication and service. Certainly did not want my business. Could have been more upfront and direct instead of just disappearing.
Who sends 1 application for financing, and then another 10 days later. Very bad options for financing with only 2 to choose from. As well, bad for the credit rating to hit 1 at a time like that for applications. Was a fluke I came out of the hospital and stopped. Will avoid this place in the future, as well as any partner branches.
