Scheduled a pickup for between 7am and 1pm...after being a no-show by 115pm, I called. The driver was still doing regular deliveries and wouldn't arrive until after 3pm. What's the point in having a window of time to book a pickup if it's not even possible? No contact was made to myself from Day and Ross. And I'm sure that there will be zero compensation to me for my inconvenience. Very poor planning.
