I ordered a TV through Visions and Day & Ross was going to deliver it. I was notified that it was in Edmonton but it looked like the delivery date wasn't going to be until Tuesday. I called yesterday to see if I could arrange a pick up instead as I wanted it for this weekend. Customer service was amazing and very accommodating to me and we were able to get authorization so I could go today and grab it. It was a bit of a nightmare going through the authorization process but that was due to Visions, and Day and Ross were extremely kind and helpful in navigating that. I drove there today to grab the tv and we realized that I didn't take into consideration the size of the box and fitting in my suv. I had measured the tv but didn't take into consideration the extra packaging - so it didn't fit. There were 3 gentlemen who loaded it onto my roof racks and even strapped it on for me so I could get it home in time for the weekend. I'm feeling quite grateful for the extra support that was offered!

Extremely rude and condescending drivers and managers. They are also very ableist and unwilling to help people who are physically disabled. Truly abhorrent service and unable to be on time as well. Will tell you that they will be there within the hour and won't be. And then will cancel your delivery without notice! Just sickening...

Ordered a TV from vision and they choose these guys for delivery. From Calgary to Edmonton and still they don't have any clue on when it will deliver.Its more than a week and looks like it's never going to deliver. Called customer service for few times and they still can't give any proper status and their online tracking shows something else.

Edit: it got delivered around 2 weeks total.

They called and made a delivery appointment for my order to make sure I was home the lady was extremely nice. The truck driver called 1hr before delivery to make sure I was home so I wouldn’t miss my delivery… he then brought up my order (steep driveway) and placed it in my garage. Easy, fast, and great customer service. Hopefully Day and Ross will be like this again for future deliveries.

Ordered through costco apr.15. It arrived with this horrible company apr.26 at their facility. It's now May.16 and I'm still waiting for my package! No phone, nothing from them. I've called them numerous times but they shut their phones off by 4pm, so really hard to call when I'm at work, my break is only a half our and I have been on hold that entire time. The 2 times I've managed to talk to someone, all I've gotten is someone will call you.
Update: may.17, costco contacted me to say my package was "lost" now. Still have gotten no response from this company about anything. So if I hadn't inquired, when would I have learned my package was lost? Cause this company doesn't communicate with customers apparently. I need a clear answer how you "lost" a 400pound table and bench?
Update 2: may29. Costco expedited me a new table and just received today, zero issues, which my husband who also does delivery said would happen. He called it and so have a few others I've talked with. Sounds like this is a frequent issue. 3 large boxes, heavy, they are very distinct looking, and it's clear they were strapped together before arriving at my place, so I'm still wondering how my package managed to get "lost".

Waiting 3 day for them to pick up patio set to send back to Walmart and can't get my new patio set until walmart receives this damaged one
